I was getting a buzz cut weekly because of a cowlick, I had that would bug me if my hair got too long. I thought my Mom who used to cut my hair was making it up. But no it's a real thing lol. It was costing me $25 including tip, At a local Hair Cuttery place. I hated that place, It was usually full of people with children who wouldn't keep still, and I'd get a barber man or woman who couldn't cut me properly at times. I was going from a buzz cut 3 to a buzz cut 1, and sometimes I'd look like Alfalfa from The Little Rascals movie.
I was ticked off, I decided to find an actual barber. I found someone who did it in his spare time, since he was retired. My cost including tip was $30. $25 +$5 tip. Cash Only as well. So, I had to stop at the ATM before I got there as well, because I don't carry cash hardly anymore tbh.
Well, I have two disabled sisters who sometimes make it hard for me to go in and see him on my usual day Saturday. Well one week, I was extremely busy with one of my Sisters being at home. So, I asked my Mom if she'd cut my hair for me just one. She said sure. No issues, and it came out great. I finally was able to get out and see him on my usual Saturday the following week, and he accused me of going somewhere else. He knows the situation in my house, As I told him it's hectic a lot of times here lol. After I explained my Mom cut it 4 times in a row, I shouldn't have to explain my situation to you or anyone else. Do you want my business? I said fk this and decided to start cutting my own hair.
I now use a simple Gillette razor and shave my hair on my time, and I'm saving $30 weekly.
I wonder how he feels knowing he lost a life long customer over his assumptions?
TL:DR. Barber got pissed because I missed a week after I had my Mom cut it, and he didn't believe me, when I told him so. So, I decided to finally go bald and do it my self with a Razor. Now saving me money weekly.

Talking about no-self/anatman/advaita philosophy.
I think its obvious that we all experience 'I' the sense of self - and also that in meditative states/trips that sense of self diminishes.
The conclusion from this could be 'the epistemology of the self is an illusion'. That is, statements about 'I' are nearly impossible to objectively justify, as we're talking about subjectivity.
How then does the self itself not exist (ontologically)? What would such a claim even mean when the self is a subjective mental phenomenon?
Or has the claim of no-self in fact always been restricted only to epistemology of the self?

My mum often smokes while she goes to the toilet and she puts the cigarette in the toilet when she's done. I often see cigarettes butts in the toilet bowl when I go to the toilet which really annoyes me. She also uses empty soft drink cans and bottles as makeshift ashtrays which is disgusting. She sometimes asked my sister if she can smoke in her car and always tells my sister that they're taking the family car to bingo or cent sales because mum wants to smoke. She toss her cigarettes out of the car window which is illegal and she got booked for smoking in the car with me in the backseat when I was 10.

I won’t go into details about Na’Ziyah Harris story so if you haven’t heard, please read about this tragedy. I’m in such mental strife since hearing about this story. I just can’t fathom what she went through. When I heard the text messages from her and Jarvis Butts, the vile rapist/murder, I could only feel sick and hatred. All I want to do is hold naziyah. All she needed was atleast one adult to see her as a child that needed to be protected. When I read the comments or statements people made regarding this story, they said things like she must’ve been “fast” or “grown”. Why can’t people give the pedophile the entire blame? I saw a video of someone saying no child can’t make a grown man who’s not a pedophile already interested in pursuing them, and that’s absolutely true. I see how much children aren’t protected. It makes no sense how many people have SOME sort of story regarding sexual assault when they were a CHILD. Regardless of gender. God I hate this sick world. I want every pedo to be tortured and dipped in acid. I would pay money to watch Jarvis butts get tortured until his very last breath. I think all pedophiles, even the ones who don’t act on it should be k!lled. Truly, I just want children to live as children without being targeted. Justice for that beautiful baby, that beautiful soul naziyah. I’m sorry you weren’t protected. To all the naziyahs of the world my heart breaks for you. It was not your fault. All you deserve is pure love. Not grooming and assault and lies painted as love.

Once again I’ve been put in charge of international nurses day. No budget Ofcourse. Last year my DON paid for everything out of his own personal money but this year he has retired and I’m not sure who will be DON. I have a feeling they will want everything for nothing (what’s new lol)
