Hi!
I am relatively new to the game. What happens if I send my troops to gather from lets say mine and someone attacks me IN THAT TILE while I am gathering? Lets assume attacker is stronger.
Will all my troops die or get wounded? Or it' s just like 10% get wounded and I lose the fight? What happens. Kind of afraid to mine/farm that way with my troops if they can just be all dead.

2025.01.18 11:05 Roostroyer Dog Owner Harrassment at Park Near The Streets of Tanasbourne Mall
This is a long shot, but I'm trying to see what happened below sounds familiar to other people who may have had issues like this.
A couple of weeks ago my partner and I were taking our morning walk in a park near the The streets of Tanasbourne Mall. As we came out of a path we heard some yelling coming from the playground area and stopped to see what was going on. We see somebody in a uniform calling out to someone, and about 20 feet to our left was a woman on her phone. she was also watching and holding her large dog (about the size of a Rottweiler) with one hand. We were all standing there watching that officer when her dog saw us, began to bark and and lunged at us, making the woman fall. We tried to check if she was ok and she began to insult us, saying it was our fault, that we know her dog is reactive (never talked to this woman before, don't even know her name) and that we snuck up to her on purpose. What purpose? I have no idea, but apparently I should've kept a spreadsheet with data on every single dog and dog owner we've run into at this park according to this woman.
That officer at the park was animal control, who thankfully saw the incident and saw that we never came close to her. While the officer was talking to us, she called her husband and told him we pushed her, so he came ready to fight. Animal control officer managed to diffused the situation, and we left. This week we ran into the woman again, we ended up in the same path and she was 30-40 feet ahead of us, she stopped and moved to the side with her dog. It looked like she was letting us pass, so we moved to the other edge of the path. She then began to insult us again saying we're doing it on purpose to harass her and called her husband again. We ended up calling the police because they just wouldn't stop insulting us and threatening us, and I didn't want them to follow us home. An officer came and told all of us that it's a public park, we all have the right to use it, but that they need to control their dog, that he can't ban us from walking in the park.
Is there anything else we can do to protect ourselves, any resources we could use? We've been living here for about a year and my partner doesn't want to stop going to the park, and he's right. The onus is not on us to make sure her reactive dog stays under control, but I am concerned they may keep escalating their harassment and it sucks that we've being bullied out of this park.

Scrivo per chiedere opinioni sul mio percorso lavorativo.
M23, lavoro da più di 3 anni sviluppando esperienza nel mondo dell’automazione navale ma sviluppando molte esperienze in modo trasversale sono passato da una grossa azienda per passare ad una piccola che mi farà lavorare con un’altra azienda molto grossa italiana. (un po’ articolato lo so)
la ral è di circa 33k, aumento abbastanza significativo e con la nuova possibilità uscirei dal campo puro tecnico ma passerei ad un ruolo un po’ meno “pratico” diciamo. aggiungo il fatto che a settembre mi iscriverò all’universita per potermi specializzare in un determinato ambito ingegneria informatica
l’aumento è stato soddisfacente, è uno dei motivi principali per cui me ne sto andando è che non avevo possibilità di crescere e quando si è in realtà così grandi diventi un numero, sopratutto se ti cambiano tutti i responsabili e sei giovane..
So di poter dare tanto e viste le varie offerte che ricevevo in giro mi sono chiesto se nell’azienda per cui lavoro valgo qualcosa, siccome sapevo quanto fatturavo all’azienda per via del cliente con cui ho lavorato in questi tre anni mi aspettavo un minimo ma invece niente; tutto questo lo dico con amarezza perché mi sarebbe piaciuto fin dall’inizio avere molta continuità sul curriculum, non mi piace ci sia scritto che ho cambiato molte volte, e spero di trovarmi bene dopo perché odierei dover cambiare dopo così poco (adesso sono al primo cambio, quindi dopo 3 anni e mezzo). poi sul lato reso male sono un ragazzo molto molto entusiasta e si applica e interessa sulle cose, e non so perché lavorare mi piace tanto.. quindi sul lato del curriculum con i cambi potrei passarci sopra se solo non fosse che le persone vicino di pregiudizi e pensieri loro, non tutti ovviamente.
Ho scritto un po’ di cose forse anche buttate lì.. vi chiedo gentilmente pareri e consigli su qualunque cosa vi venga in mente, avrei dovuto chiedere di più?
ps: aggiungo a tutto questo che ho l’ansia di non essere mai in tempo con i tempi.. (scusate il gioco di parole😅)

Avrei bisogno di un mezzo per andare al lavoro tre volte a settimana, a circa 20 minuti di distanza (se il traffico è scorrevole), in città. Mi interessa principalmente spostarmi in modo pratico e contenere i costi, quindi pensavo a un motorino. Tuttavia, la questione sicurezza mi preoccupa molto, soprattutto perché di recente un amico ha avuto un incidente fatale. D’altro canto, non vorrei nemmeno spendere oltre 15k euro per un’auto. Avete dei consigli? Esiste una soluzione intermedia?

I was driving along a motorway and there was a pallet lying across 2 lanes. I got quite close to it because there was someone next to me, so I couldn’t change lanes. once I passed it I pulled over, reversed on the hard shoulder about 50 meters, waited for it to be clear, then I went across lane 1 to pull the pallet out of the road. Will I likely be getting a fine for doing it? As if I did hit it or someone else hit it, it would have caused a massive crash.
