I’m a cook that absolutely loves Italian food, but one day I dream of being able to travel all around the world, learning what I can about food and bringing that back home with me to open a small shop! I love cooking and especially love cooking for others, I would have the fridge filled to the brim with food experiments, stock, labeled leftovers, and the freshest ingredients to cook for that day or even to meal prep! You wouldn’t have to worry about what there is to eat because I’d basically be your personal chef, and I’d love every second of it!
Some other things about me: I like to play games on my switch, mainly games like Minecraft and Pokémon unite! I have 1 dog and 1 cat with my family, my dog is a husky so be prepared for how silly he may act lol! I work for a school at the moment but will be changing jobs for pay reasons. I also prefer voice chatting over text but if you’re shy and just wanna text at first that’s fine, I just wanna make sure it isn’t always communicating through text, thank you!
As for what I’m looking for, I just want someone who will be honest, reliable, communicate, and put in the same amount effort as I will into the relationship! I'm a small business that needs to get product from Winnipeg to Toronto in February. Driving through the USA is 2 hours faster and from what I understand should reduce the chance of poor weather delaying me (more ploughing and more populated). I did the same trip in the summer, but just stayed in Canada to avoid any border crossing.
I will be driving a 26' U-Haul truck full of my product. The product is new (like a TV screen), and was imported into Canada. What do I need to know to make the border crossing smooth, both entering and leaving the USA. Thanks.

Hi! I’m a 25 F at 235 and 5’5”. I had PCOS and some hormonal changes after pregnancy that made it very difficult to lose weight.
My main focus right now is getting healthy to keep up with my 1 year old daughter as she ages. If I lose weight, that’s awesome, but I really just want to build endurance and keep up with my family.
Currently, I’m going to the gym 3x a week for an hour each time. I stretch, do 5 minutes of stair master, then do 25 minutes on a cardio machine (treadmill, bike, or elliptical) and then spend 30 minutes on weight machines.
Each time I try to complete the fundamentals and then squeeze in some extra machines if I have time left over.
Fundamentals: Bicep Curls Tricep extension Shoulder press Chest press Lateral pull downs Lat raise
Extras: Tricep press Hips and glutes Back extension Hip abduction Hop adduction Row Hammer curl Seated Tricep dips Pec flies Assisted dip/raise Ab crunch Calf raise Leg press
I’ve been going for about 3 weeks and seen tremendous progress - my Mile time has gone down from 16:30 to 14:30! I’m focusing particularly on upper body for building strength there.
Is this a feasible schedule plan and would anyone recommend a different plan or ways to mix it up? Thank you!

For I text I have a previous diagnosis of bulimic tendencies which doesn’t fit me anymore as I stopped restricting and instead had more of an issue with binge eating. I get therapy but wanted to find an online community to help with the feeling of being alone but it feels like every space is hostile to those who aren’t restrictive like me. Everything is more catered towards those who are restrictive.
I think I mentioned at one point in a sub my experience of binge eating and how I did damage to myself and got downvoted. If I mention things I’ve had to do based on advice from my therapist, dbt workbook or the irl eating disorder group I have attended I often get misunderstood as promoting restriction which I would never do. I don’t think of food as “good” or “bad”, I don’t think you should restrict yourself and I understand that for people in the restrictive side they need to feel safe to eat everything whenever they feel like it. I also know that as someone who binge eats, I do have to actually stop myself doing certain things.
The subs specifically for binge eating are so triggering, filled with people giving very disordered advice but I feel like if I write about my experience here it’s “wrong” so I dont have anywhere. It just makes me sad because I wanted a community who understood what it’s like to suffer because of an unhealthy relationship with food but I’m starting to think that the stuff you need to do when it comes to binge eating might be inherently triggering to those who restrict. Also at least from my research it seems that lots of stuff that binge eaters should practice would be the exact opposite of what a restrictive eating disordered person should practice.
I hope this doesn’t come across as me being angry at anyone here because I’m not. I remember what it was like when I dealt with restrictive eating disorder symptoms and the hell that was and the lies I told myself. It just hurts that I can’t find anywhere to talk about my experience without it being read to have extra baggage attached. But I also get others have to protect themselves from triggers.
