Hey yall, I'm getting into collecting CD's and so I picked up this Sony Discman d-e301 from a seller on ebay. Unfortunately, it doesn't work- the screen doesn't display anything, and it does not play CD's. This is my first portable player, so I was a little disappointed. The listing said that it was functioning fine, and the pictures did show the screen working. Any thoughts on what the issue might be? I'd like to have just been an idiot and missed an obvious solution, or for this to be fixable. Returning it would be a last resort. I would appreciate any advice!

Hello friends! I built a Commander deck with Eriette of the Charmed Apple and would like some help from more experienced players here. I can also pay for this assistance.

I feel like the deck is a bit slow and struggles to deal with opponents' threats. I enchant a big creature from an opponent and then get eliminated by smaller ones. Eriette also doesn’t stay on the battlefield for long once I start draining opponents’ life, and I usually can’t protect her effectively. I’m a beginner and don’t know many cards.
I’d like to include a better win condition because I can’t drain my opponents’ life without Eriette dying first.

The last couple of days I've been having repeat problems with connecting with rcgroups.com with my VPN on. I've been hitting that website for four or five years. Nothing significant has changed in my setup and it seems to be cross-platform. The machine I'm on now:
HP EliteDesk
Linux Mint 20
Browser - Firefox / Chrome / LibreWolf
PIA VPN
and
Micro$oft Surface Go 2
Windows 11
Browser - Firefox / Chrome / LibreWolf / Edge
PIA VPN
With the VPN ON, I get a blank white page. Nothing stating that the IP Address if forbidden. If I turn the VPN off, I can connect with any of the browsers.
Anyone else running into this with PIA? Any ideas to get around it? It's a PIA (Pain In the A22) to have to switch it off for a website. OK, not a PIA, but inconvenient.
