ik this kinda gross sorry, i have a cold and have been doing that alot, and complained to my mom that the hole on the roof of my mouth is soar from doing it so much cause it’s the easiest way to get the stuff i can’t blow out my nose out, and she seemed shocked and confused. does anyone else do this or am i just some freak of nature?

2025.01.18 22:52 Smnf_Tugphy 1 year old - waking up around 1:30am crying
My son turned 1 last December. We sleep trained him from around 4 months, it was definitely a journey. His sleep is not perfect but we sort of got into a good routine for 2 months now. He would have at least 2x 1 hour naps.
Wakes up between 6:30-7am First WW is 3-3.5 Second WW is 3.5 WW before bedtime is around 4 hours Bedtime is between 7-7:30pm
He sleeps independently for both naps and bedtime. He rarely had middle of the night wake ups for the past 2 months, even when he was teething or was sick.
But for 2 days now, he is waking up around 1:30am. He doesn’t immediately cry, but definitely escalates to crying after around 15-20mins. We then try to help him go back to sleep (he has a mild cough at the moment so I thought maybe he is just not feeling well), but patting him or shushing him to sleep no longer works.
Is it time to drop a nap? I fear it is too early since he technically still takes his 2nd nap. Somtimes it only lasts for 30mins, but on most days it is 45mins-1hr. Is this just regression? Should we just ride it out? Or do we apply the sleep training method on MOTNW?

 | I was about to get a courier from XpressBees that was supposed to be delivered on Jan 11th, but it's been delayed. The sender gave my correct address, so I’m not sure what’s causing the hold-up. The tracking status showed "Out for Delivery" on Jan 14th, but now it says "Deferred Delivery Marked" as of Jan 18th (screenshot iss attached). Has anyone else experienced this? Sorry if this is the wrong sub for this! But I painted on a medium sized pumpkin around mid October time and did not carve it. I know it is white not orange but not sure if that makes a difference. It hasn’t rotted yet that I can tell but it may be a little squishier. I’ve kept it inside since I brought it back from the pumpkin patch. When should I toss this pumpkin? I know this is a far reach, and Ellie and also be said as just Elle. Maybe it was just the line deliveries but they seem out of place in the first few episodes of Season 3…and then they just don’t ever say it anymore? Or am I wrong?

 | My filter order from the beginning is a spin down filter, spiral wound filter, carbon filter, water softener, uv sanitizer. The system is all pvc connections and I’m having trouble with the threaded pvc coupling connections to the filters. I put thread tape on the threaded connections but they leaked bad after the first test. Am I missing something?
