I was always told by friends and others, that I have that sort of gloomy aura. And when I think back, I can tell, walking through my life, it always felt like there was this rainy cloud above my head.
Now I'm 31M. And the last months felt like the final coffin nail, putting my hopes to rest.
I had no father (alcoholic) or mother (emotional not available) caring for me, grew up at my grandmas house. She was the only straw in my life i could hold on to and somehow move on, when times got worse. Now she died. And there is no family left for me.
I was never a very openhearted oder extraversive person, so you can imagine, there are not many friends around. I don't even have that one friend i could call in the middle of the night, when I was about to kill myself. And the few friends i have, got less, since they are in the age where you found a family or move out of town.
I never had a girlfriend, except for a couple months last year. In fact, getting rejected by a women put me always into that deep hole of depression und suicide thoughts (and trys).
Around 8 years ago, I got rejected. Went to therapy and ultimately into hospital for 6 weeks. Life went on and I was just "functioning." 4 years ago, same shit. Got rejected, which put me directly back into the chair of a therapist. Life went on. Went to work, got home, had no hobbies, nothing that was of interest.
Around 2023 i somehow finally got some feeling, of how life could be enjoyable. I started walking in the woods, went to sauna, took better care of my looks (clothes, shaved beard, ...) - and then May 2024 I matched a girl on tinder. And she became my girlfirend for 6 months. My first ever. I finally felt like, i have reached "happiness"
But things started to break apart, the moment we got together. I could not have sex with her. After the breakup I realized, i was constantly suffering from panic attacks, when we were about to have PV intercourse. It ruined the relationship. It ruined my very fragile self esteem. It was the beginning of my personal downfall.
Around 1 week after the breakup my grandma died. at the funeral I ended up in a fist fight with my alcoholic father. And i have never beaten up somebody in my life before.
On christmas eve i was sitting all alone in my apartment. Had nobody to talk to, nobody called me. I tried to kill myself. And sadly, my body didn't do the final move. So I was completely lost in this state of never ending suffering.
On top of that i switched my workplace in 2025. Without knowing there will be a break up and the death of my grandma; shortly before, i signed the new contract. Now I also lost my familiar workplace and i feel like i can't connect at all to the new things that are happening now.
So. Again, back to therapy. And this time the diagnosis paper was much more filled than back then in 2021. It was the same therapist, so he knew my story. Beside the typical depression, there were also Dysthymia and sexual dysfunction.
... I am so done. These diagnosis feel like death sentences with no chance of getting any better in my future life. Therapy didn't work. Hospital didn't work. Meds didn't either. And i can't kill myself. My body simply resists. I do meditation, watch my diet and sleep schedule to stay proper. But that doesn't really help to make me feel any better.
I don't know what to do.

 | I've been buying the UR sriracha for a while now, but saw a decent colored new batch of the Huy Fong and decided to compare it to my last bottle of the 'old stuff' before it's gone. Color is still a bit different from the old one, and it's slightly milder and less garlicy. It's like a B+ version of what it used to be. You probably wouldn't be able to notice much of a difference if you weren't trying them back to back though. The Underwood is hotter and has a smoother consistency, but also has a bit more sweetness.  | I’ve made my first loaf, overall I’m quite happy with it but it didn’t raise as much as I would have liked it to. Recipe is 325g water, 150g of starter and 500g of flour (half rye and half plain). I covered and let it sit for an hour then I did my stretch and fold every half an hour x4 times, re covered and let it sit on my counter for about 12h. Then I shaped it, covered it and it went in the fridge overnight. This morning I scored it. Pre-heated my oven to 200 c with the Dutch oven inside and baked for 45min with the lid on and 35 with the lid off. Called their local branch and the guy kept talking about their "flexible payment options" but wouldn't tell me actual rates until I come in. Said I could get approved today but something feels off about how pushy they are.
My situation: Credit's destroyed from unemployment last year (540), maxed out my care credit with dental work last month, and already tried banks/credit unions but got denied. I know payday loans suck but my cat really needs this surgery.
Anyone have actual experience with CashCo? Were they straight up about fees or did they hit you with hidden charges? How bad was the interest really? And do they get aggressive if you need more time to pay?

Am verificat și la rece și la cald după ce am oprit motorul, în ambele variante am nivelul foarte bun, la max.
De ce aș verifica uleiul la cald în timp ce la rece am exact același nivel?
În ce situații ar putea să difere și de ce e mai corect să verific la cald?
