Hi all! My baby is 4.5 mo and not sleep trained yet, she has been sleeping in the SNOO ever since we came home from the hospital. It got better and better week by week and she got to a point where she would sleep for 10-11 hours without any wakings. It changed on december 24th (merry christmas to us), she started waking 2-3 times a night, usually the first one happened at 3:30, then 5:00 and 5:30. Couple of weeks went by and now she wakes around 4:30 and sometimes she can fall back asleep until dwt (if she gets a paci), sometimes only holding her can soothe her, she falls asleep immediately in my arms. DWT would be 6:00-6:30, bedtime is 19:30. Her bedtime routine is BF (ending 30 minutes before bed), bath, lotion, pjs, hugs, song, then placing her in the SNOO fully awake, goodbye love you, lights off and leaving the room. She falls asleep in 2-5 minutes usually. Ww: 2-2.25/2.5/2.5/2.75 2.5-3 hdaysleep (1st is 30 minutes in the crib, 2nd is 1.5-2 h in the stroller, 3rd 30 minutes in the crib) What am I doing wrong here? Could this be the 4th month regression? Should I keep her in the snoo and hope it ends eventually or should I move her to the crib and sleep train? TIA!
