My parents have been divorced 20+ years. My mom just called me to say my dad’s sister casually brought up the my fiancé looks like her. I don’t think they’ve met before, so I’m assuming my dad showed a photo of her.
My mom has brown hair, brown eyes, long hair, and a curvy body shape.
My fiancé has blue eyes, short black hair, is like 5 inches taller than my mom, and has a narrow physique. They don’t look anything like each other.
Am I the asshole if I tell my dad he will be uninvited from the wedding if I hear more of this disgusting, cringy talk? I am sick to my stomach at the thought of him discussing something like this with people who have never met her or have only met her once previously.

If weapon A has a base attack stat of 100, while weapon B has a base attack stat of 95 but has a trait “deals 5% damage against officers”, would that mean 95 x 0.05 =4.75 and then 4.75 + 95 =99.75
So weapon A would still be better at damaging officers as 100 > 99.75
Am I understanding this correctly?

I’m sure there are precious posts, but what are parents experience with getting their little ones who were/are nonverbal into preschool/kindergarten?
My son will turn 4 yo in July. His mom and I are really considering starting school along with ABA that he has been attending for a year now.
My son does in center ABA 30 hours a week, we’re thinking those 6 hours a day will shift to the afternoon. We are in the Temecula valley. I’ve heard a lot of good but some bad as far as the school district.
My son has gotten better with following 1 step and some 2 step tasks, but he definitely can’t sit down in social settings and completely struggles with joint attention/cooperative play/exercises on top of being nonverbal.
Relly just want to hear personal experiences with any similar situations and how school IEP/ABA worked out.
We are also doing speech, and PT right now for my sons intoeing

My passport is being renewed and won’t be ready until after the deadline, will this be a problem? 2025.01.20 16:50 quinnin2000 How do you figure out which decks to put it good cards that fit in any deck?
I recently pulled a copy of [[Sword of Feast and Famine]]. as well as a copy of [[field of the dead]], and have been stuck on where to put them.
Sword would probably pull its weight in any deck it shows up in, and really only needs some sort of evasion or overrun effect to get the damage through and make a big swing turn, the field probably needs to be in some green deck that can ramp lands, but other than that it is also just generally good value to get zombies over and over.
One route I have is to build a deck from scratch to facilitate both cards as much as possible. https://moxfield.com/decks/4AXc1XrR2ke9Ra15bddYNQ I tried doing that with [[Kellan, Inquisitive Prodigy//Tail The Suspect]] since the commander has the evasion needed, and simic is the best colors for lands matter stuff.
I'm curious what y'all do with these cards and others like them that could go in almost any deck. How do you decide where they end up?

One of my favorite Murderbot scenes is near the end of Exit Strategy, the one where the rescue ship doesn’t want to let Murderbot board because it is considered a deadly weapon, and therefore cannot be on an armed transport ship. Murderbot wants to take over the ship, but Mensah wont let it. I am confident that Mensah facing down Murderbot must have gone viral throughout the Corporation Rim since it was viewed via a powered armor helmet camera and by crew members in person, and everyone is always recording everything.
Murderbot is liberating individual SecUnits, but also providing a live action SecUnit promotional campaign in which it goes around the Corporation Rim helping people, and having Mensah grab it by the collar and stop it from taking over a gunship is so adorable that it has to make people start to rethink how scary SecUnits are.
Also when I looked up this scene to write this post I realized that Mensah was barefoot at the time.

How feasible is it to land a job outside of Italy after graduating from Politecnico? I’m particularly interested in Switzerland, Germany, the UK, France, and Nordic countries.
I’d also like to understand how well Politecnico is recognized in Europe and whether having it on your CV is valued when applying for jobs abroad.

I'm making a script for this roblox game called Ohio, and I am trying to add a feature to my GUI where you can teleport around and automatically break the ATMs for money. I already know how to teleport but the issue is the punching. Whenever I punch and look in simple spy, it generates something like this script:

Whenever I execute the script though, I don't punch. And where the "1017e4Dw" is, it changes every time I punch. I think I need to find which remote function in remoteStorage lets me punch, or something like that idk. If anyone could help me that would be great
