My neighbour, "Claire," has three children (aged about 5, 7, and 9) who seem to think my garden is an extension of their own. To clarify, we don’t share a garden there’s a clear fence between our properties, but her kids are constantly climbing over it or just walking through the gate whenever it’s left unlocked. They’ll come in, trample over my flower beds, leave toys scattered everywhere, and even help themselves to the fruit from my apple tree. Last summer, I caught them playing on my kids’ trampoline while we were out! I’ve spoken to Claire about this multiple times, and she just shrugs it off with, “Oh, they’re just kids being kids.” She even said, “At least they’re playing outside instead of on screens.” To make matters worse, when I locked the gate recently, Claire actually knocked on my door and asked if I could leave it open because her kids “don’t understand boundaries yet” and “feel more comfortable knowing they can wander.” Sorry, what?! Hello! About a year ago now, I adopted my first cat. She's a sweet thing and I adore her, but there's been a new issue that's developed and I'm struggling with what to do about it. My cat has started waking me up 2 hours before her scheduled feeding time to try and get me to feed her and the behavior has just escalated. She has figured out how to use her claws to open my eyelids. I wish I was kidding. I started sleeping with an eye mask so she couldn't do that, thinking the lack of access would discourage the behavior. But now instead she sticks her claws in my ear, or my mouth. On one memorable occasion, she tried shoving her paw up my nose. So then I decided I would kick her out of my room if she did that.
That did not go well. She began wailing as loud as she could, because she's aware on some level that I'm deaf and she has to be extra loud to get my attention. She is so loud that my upstairs neighbors and my neighbors that share a wall with my apartment have complained about the noise. Which is fair. Who wants to be woken up by a screaming cat at 5 in the morning?
I'm at my wits end. I'm unsure how to get this behavior to stop, and I'm unsure where it's even coming from because it's new behavior that only really started in December. I haven't changed her feeding schedule, or how much she's fed, or what food she's fed, and if it was because of the clocks going back an hour then she would have started this behavior way sooner than December, surely?
Any advice would be appreciated.

Hi all, I'm currently taking 20mg/day through an online telemed provider and have been on accutane for about 2 months now. I had mild, but persistent, acne when I started accutane, but right now I'm completely clear, just dealing with PIE from acne that's still healing. I am ~64kg, so 20mg/day is about 0.3mg/kg/day. My derm asked me if I wanted to move up to 30mg/day (about 0.5mg/kg/day) to complete my course quicker. I live in the US, so here in the US, it's more common to target a cumulative dosage. I know there's a chance of higher side effects (right now I only have dry lips and no other side effects) when increasing dosage. I was more curious if you experienced or didn't experience an acne purge when moving to a higher dosage when your skin was already clear? I know folks have experienced a purge when moving to a higher dosage with active acne, blind pimples, cysts, etc., but wanted to know what your experience was like moving to a higher dosage when your skin was already clear.
