I have hsv-1, I’m always really careful and I notice when I’m about to have cold sores. My lips were dry but overall ok and no indication of them, I met up with my partner last night and I woke up this morning with two cold sores on my lip. I’m worried if I gave it to him now. Anyone have been in a similar situation? He’s aware I get cold sores and we haven’t had a problem the last 2 years like this 😭 I’m hoping oral just triggered mine but miraculously didn’t affect him.

I have two brothers close in age to me who are both straight and in LTRs with great female partners I am also close with. They also have a big group of guy friends I also socialize with, and I often have all of them on my social media.
Over the past few years I have noticed that when I post a story of them it gets a lot of attention and likes from gay friends and acquaintances, and I have also got a lot of comments from gay friends and even dates about how hot my brothers and their friends are. And even some creepy comments about "turning" my brothers (even though they are in happy straight LTRs).
I agree many of my straight friends are attractive although I am personally into only gay/Bi guys, I did the whole fall in love with a straight friend thing back in college and am not interested in another situation like that. The odd comment about my brothers I find amusing and in a way an indirect compliment since I look like them even if I'm not as fit as them.
But the comments about "turning" or "converting" my straight friends and especially my brothers I find very awkward and even creepy, but it keeps happening with different gay guys I know in totally random contexts. Why do so many gay guys think this is an okay thing to say to me and how am I supposed to respond? They are my biological brothers and best friends and I just feel so weirded out when I'm having a normal conversation or even flirting with a guy and this comes up. Like I could never date a guy who I might introduce to family if I knew they had a weird sex fantasy about my brothers.

Hello all, baby potato here, I need some big potato advice.
This weekend my fur-baby Boxer died. I'm taking it really hard and have been blocking out any mention of what happened (he died in my arms), but my mother keeps bringing it up.
Little back story, we got our first two dogs when they were tiny 6-week-old needle-toothed fiends. My parents are not the type to fully think things through in my eyes and do things just for me to have to magically fix messes that are a direct cause of their stupid actions. So when we got these dogs nobody in the house knew anything about dogs (how to care care of them, dog proofing etc) and gave them to us (5 kids - my elder brother, me(f), and 3 younger brothers) in one singular box and one blanket then walked away saying they will be the family guard dogs.
As things usually go, my elder brother was clueless, my younger brothers were excited bc they were young at the time, which left me to surf the internet and give myself a crash course on how to take care of dogs for dummies. I did what I could and the house loved all the cute and adorable things about man's best friend while my brother and I cleaned up after the dogs, dog-proofed what we could, tried training the dogs, and then found out, quite abruptly, that the 2 dogs were a male and female and that a dog's gestation was MUCH SHORTER than anticipated.
Nonetheless, our babies have thrived, my brother moved out immediately after finishing college and that left me with the dogs (now at this point 6 in total). A few things have happened with the dogs since then but it all boils down to me being the one to take care of my dogs and whatever their needs are (neutering appointments and medical emergencies) because my parents never took anything seriously knowing I would take care of it. That's where years of resentment grew and festered in me.
Now death is inevitable and as such, our eldest died of old age and medical conditions only a vet could probably take care of but he died painlessly while I was away at university (on the other side of the country). The funny thing is nobody bothered to mention he was dead until I came back from uni at the year WEEKS after he had passed.
They stuck him in a hole in the ground somewhere in the yard while they jokingly told me that it took a while for the other dogs to "stop trying to dig him back up". I LOST MY SHIT! And eventually realised there was nothing I could do and everything that had happened had already passed and I could do nothing about it. No headstone, no memorial stone, no ANYTHING to remember the first dog we'd ever had that I raised seemingly (to me at least) by myself.
Fast forward to this weekend, Boxer died and I wrapped him in a blanket carried him into the house - with the help of my brother - and immediately went into autopilot. I called a private pet service company that takes care of animals after they pass away, I arranged to have him cremated and a frame with his paw print and details made.
Well, by the time the service people came, my mom tried to stop me. She came downstairs, saw me filling out paperwork for the aforementioned cremation and mementoes, and started arguing with me about burying my dog like they had done before and I vehemently said no and continued with the procedures. She called my dad (he's away for work) to try and make me not go through with it citing they don't have money, I said it's okay I have the money to do it then, she asked where did it come from, I said I have it why does it matter and back and forth it went - while the poor service guy watched quietly. While she was on the phone with my dad I led the man to the room I had placed my wrapped-up baby in. He zipped him up in a bag and as I and the man began to walk out the door my mom again asked "What do I mean he's dead?!?!" and reached for the man to try to open the bag. I said no and practically strongarmed the man away from the house and back to his car.
He asked me before he left why I didn't let her see Boxer and I replied that she shouldn't have to have the last memory of Boxer to be his face in death like I have. When I came into the house it was nothing but a barrage of, "How did he die?" / "He was a member of the family, Boxer wasn't only my dog." / "What happened?" / "How did he die?" / "Where was he when he passed away?"
I replied to everything she said in a very condensed version, but with that last question, I asked why would she want to know that. She replied: "I want to know if he was outside or inside when he took his last breath." This was my last straw, I had a string of hateful words in my head but what I do remember saying was along the lines of: "What I hate about you is your hypocrisy, so when it's me you don't care to give me the details but when it's you I have to do everything on your time and when you want."
Please give me advice on how to possibly fix this because we haven't spoken in days but gives me baleful looks whenever I make eye contact and one of the triggers to my severe anxiety was this kind of treatment from when I was a kid.
I just want to process my grief before I fully speak in depth (to all members of my family) about what happened without feeling like I want to also scratch her face or burst into sobs whenever she's around.

The post they sent out mentioned integrating AI. The trees they showed off for Plus look less detailed and kind of foggy. The art style also seems to be different than the other plants.
There's also the newly released lo-fi tracks. I tried looking, but I couldn't seem to find a musician credited anywhere? AI generated lo-fi tracks are a problem on YouTube, and I'd really hate if they were brought onto the app as well.
I've also read rumors that they might be asking AI for help with the code, which could explain why the app is so full of bugs, but that's just a rumor and I don't want to straight up accuse them of anything.
As someone who enjoys art and music creation, I really hope Forest isn't going to include AI generated content! (Especially since Plus is going to be a paid subscription service.) If they do, then I'm just going to have to find another productivity app. If anyone could answer and ease my worries, that'd be great. Cheers!

Honestly, I didkt realize after 1-2 months that zopliclone was making my insomnia worse. No matter what, I was waking up after 4 hours on 5mg. I’m currently on 1.5-2mg and the same thing. I’m planning on getting off this crap this week. I woke up after 3 and a half hours because I took it earlier than usual. I’m in a state of exhaustion and hyperarousal. It’s horrible.

I want to make a chatbot and I am using a resource to learn it. The guy teaching it is using the example of an e-commerce chatbot for selling coffee... but I do not want to make a chatbot for e-commerce purposes. I do want to learn how to make one but I want to do it for a purpose which is fun and lightweight. But it should look good in my resume and my skillset as a whole.
Can anyone give me a any ideas/topic I could make a chatbot or 2 or a couple on?
I really like building such things and learning how to make them so the more the better..
