I just need to rant, I’m sorry. Im on supplementary oxygen and I’m at 1.5 Lt., and I’m dizzy and out of breath, and every time I take a breath there is a sharp stabbing inbetween my ribs. It hurts enough to make my eyes water, and I legit do not want to breathe it hurts that bad. I don’t want to go to the hospital, but I feel like I might have to. But I really really don’t want to. The ER wait will be at least eight hours, and the hospital near me has been so overwhelmed with flu patients that they had to open up a tent in the hospital parking lot. If I go, I’m probably going to get sick again….

AOS (I-130/ I-485)
A month ago my case status changed to RFE Sent "We sent a request for initial evidence for your Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative.".
It immediately changed back to "Case is Being Actively Reviewed by USCIS" and nothing showed up in my Documents tab. A week or so later and I get a letter in the mail with the full RFE - Just requesting evidence of a Bonafide marriage etc, all normal and expected so no worries there. (This still doesn't show up in my Documents tab)
My main question is, is there a different option to respond to this if my case status wasn't "glitched"/ Changed straight back to Actively Reviewed? Or can I submit my RFE Response with the Upload Evidence under Unsolicited Evidence section?
Seems unusual and if others can confirm I'll contact them and probably just responding via mail to save confusion but if I can just respond online that makes life much easier!

Last year I had severe b12 deficiency and got injected 3-5 times with b12 shot. I used to get pins and needle sensation before those shots. It had started with slight weakness on left side thigh and slight radiating pain and then pins and needles.
Now I was fine this whole time since the shots and I had taken neurobion tablets for a month after the shots and was fine. But now, last 2 days I feel again the symptoms are coming back. I have started taking neurobion. My questions are: 1. After taking only one tablet if I test now, will it show a false spike? 2. Will only tablet dosage suffice without any injection this time?

sorry if anything i'm saying is stupid, i've just been amateurly rooting for and watching him and the chargers since my freshman year. watched his 2024 season highlights compared to the ones from the monster 2021 season, and it's something about how majority of his passes this year seem quite tense, packed with speed, and flatter compared to poised throws with beautiful arches. obviously a lot goes into play with regards to new offensive schemes, run first harbaugh w/ shorter yard passes, o-line etc. but to me there's a difference because the way he used to play in his rookie days, with his talent in scrambling and those rocket passes, was the reason he caught my eye and made me a fan. now whenever i watch him his presence in the pocket feels a bit different, and honestly a little more stressful to watch. don't get me wrong though, i don't necessarily think it's a regression and still have confidence in him to get the job done, but it just feels different.

She speaks not one word, but the ringing of her melodic voice lingers. Even as the paleness sets in, I know she's happy. I know so. Our love is red and pure, unlike any of the primal desires that hang in the back of my mind.
My hands are warm as I cling to her, crushing her against my depraved NEED for something real.
"Why couldn't it have been us?"
I whisper dreadfully, feeling the beads of life trickle down her throat. Her blood is still fresh, and it's a wistful red tone. I think I've forgotten that this entire time, she was bleeding all the emotions I could've drank up.
Her body is limp, but unbeknownst to the angels above, I will continue to fill her with LIFE. Her halo is already forming, but oh well. God's sunshine reflects her soul, ratifying who she once was in the book of those lost. I forgive her for being unable to accept my love. She can't stop what I've planned for her as I cradle her life close to my heart.
