Good day everyone! I need your help on this one because my life is probably in DANGER.
I live on a compound located somewhere in Taguig, this means that we have HOA and NHA - the group who has the authority over our place. Pero kahit ganoon, kaliwat kanan ang aktibidades na nakaka perwisyo sa iba tulad na lang ini-report ko na ingay ng mga manok at aso.
Mayroong mga batas at mga probisyon patungkol sa nakaka perwisyong ingay sa pampublikong lugar (lalo na sa residential area) ngunit walang opisyales na nagpapatupad nito passively.
Sa loob nang mahigit apat na taon, laging nagagambala ang tulog at pahinga naming pamilya at mga kapitbahay (na walang ginagawa dahil rin siguro sa takot at abala) - sa loob rin nang apat na taon ay nagrereport ako through text and email sa iba't ibang ahensya ngunit kahit padalhan nang ilan ng sulat ang LGU patungkol sa pag-aksyon rito (naka lagay rin kasi karamihan sa illegal fences/structures) ay wala pa ring nangyayari.
January 2, 2025 - ako ay nag-file nang official complaint sa barangay at ako ay pinangakuan na babalitaan by January 3 kung (1) ire-refer na ba ito diretso sa korte OR (2) idadaan muna sa lupon, ipagkakasundo - kapag hindi, diretso sa korte.
Pero wala sa dalawang iyan ang naging desisyon.
January 21, 2025 - nakatanggap ako ng sulat kung saan ako ay iniimbitahan sa isang "pag-uusap" kasama ang walong opisyales na nagkukusinte sa ganitong klase nang problema.
At malamang sa malamang, one sided na "pag-uusap" ang mangyayari.
Ano ang kailangan kong gawin? Magsasama ba ako nang partikular na representative nang kung anong ahensya? Aattend ba ako nang ako lang?
Magbibigay po ako nang iba pang detalye basta pasok ito sa regulasyon ng grupo. Maraming salamat po.

A blanket ban on X.com just because you don't agree with its owner makes you just as 'bad' as the 'fascists' you refer to in your post.
The definition of Fascism includes:
"...forcible suppression of opposition."
"...subordination of individual interests for the perceived good of the nation or race."
By banning links from X.com you are potentially suppressing views that are opposite to your own.
This I could understand if the links were posts related to the content you want to suppress, but, in reality, how likely is it that a Villa-related post is going contain or lead to such content? And, even if it did, why do you want to control what other people see and read? They have free will and freedom of thought and expression to do that; who are you to tell them what they can and can't see/read/think? Can you see how hypocritical that is?
By banning links from X.com you are putting the views which you see as for the perceived good of this community above the individual interests of its members - members who have the freedom to read, express, and think as they like, without any interference from anybody.
I think you think what you're doing is 'good' and the 'right' thing to do (no pun intended), but, in reality, it makes you no better than the 'fascists' you refer to in your post.
Closing down the last post just reinforced the above.
