Okay, I live in south south texas, near the mexican border. People here are predominantly hispanic, there is little to no other ethnicities in this area. I'm super chill with this, I have a ton of friends that are hispanic. Just for reference I am white if you haven't guessed lol. I recently started kinda talking to this boy who's super nice, genuinely possibly my favorite person, he makes me feel good about myself and talk to me all the time, the only issue? He's also white. Now this probably shouldn't be a problem, normally a lot of people like others of the same race, interracial relationships are even sometimes seen as weird, but here we're some of the only white people. I've had people comment that we look like siblings. We Do Not. We're just both white and we have similarly colored hair, we're fully different in every aspect. I've known him since I was eight so that also might make this kinda weird but i've never seen him as a brother, i've liked him like forever on and off. I want to take this further but honestly i'm worried about what others are gonna think. Will they think we're siblings or something? Honestly I don't see it but I have been made fun of before for this exact same thing. I know it's normal but I've grown up believing it's not. I just need some advice. For reference not many guys who are hispanic have ever liked me, i don't have options.

I fully believe that it is possible to retake control of the public narrative around transsexualism. We need to and should be acting together as a coherent group of people with intent and an actual goal. We should advocate for ourselves and support each other in difficult times.
In light of that, we are very happy to let you all know that the Transsex Advocacy Network (TAN) is now launching. There is a lot of work that still needs to be done, but as of now a community space has been built on Discord as well as a group on Telegram. This organization is specifically for people who have transsexualism to have a community, support each other, and (most importantly) advocate for the treatment of our condition as medical and separate from gender nonconformists. These are spaces for us, about us, and to talk about our issues. It is more than possible to raise awareness and discuss our issues without focusing primarily on others.
We have since integrated a Mission Statement, and invite you to take a look! On Sundays, we also hold a meeting on Discord for support. If you are iffy about being part of the organization, you can also make it clear that you want to be part of the support group on Sundays, which will only be for transsex people.

Remodeling my home and took these cabinets out of the basement - there's 2 "sink" lower cabinets (2 doors with false drawer fronts above them), one 4 drawer lower, a single drawer single door lower, 2 over range/fridge style uppers, and a normal 2 door upper.
The house was smoked in and I honestly can't tell if these smell bad or not at this point, but they're in good condition. They would make great garage cabinets or potting bench cabs or cabinets in your house.
If nobody is interested they'll go to the restore.
I can help you load them but I can't haul them!

2025.01.22 00:17 InnerCircleTI Dividend Diving: $SJM and $KHC
 | I'm always looking for dividend (income) stocks that present an opportunity for a combination of aggressive dividend to be paid while waiting for a turn-around. There's always risk when the income rate gets too high in a beleaguered company. As many will tell you, if the rate is too high, it's a sign of something wrong in the model. You only have to look at names like $WBA or $CVS to see the problem. I own both $SJM and $KHC in my Bridge (taxable) account, though at small weights. While perusing my holdings and scanning for potential income purchases, I was shocked to see SJM and KHC levels. SJM holds a .55% weight in my portfolio as a 4.23% income payer. When looking at the 5-year chart, it's now sitting at 2020 lows with a trailing multiple of about 21. Forward valuation looks to be somewhere between 10-12 though I need to do more research here before having any confidence. Performance like that never equates to being a screaming buy in my book, especially with a stock like SJM. At the same time, there does appear to be value here when considering income potential. At the same time, SJM may be staring down the barrel of a dividend rate cut ... something they will certainly not want to do. But with a trailing payout ratio of about 86%, they're in the danger zone. I tend to fall on the side of buying it here with a small unit entry but that chart is an ugly one. Earnings are on 2/25. $SJM 5-Year Chart Turning our attention to KHC, we see another dismal 5-year chart though not touching COVID lows. Current dividend of about 5.5%. Trailing valuation of about 26 with a forward near 10. Going deeper I was surprised to see a 143% payout ratio which would essentially require a rate cut but going still deeper, the number is skewed in trailing fashion due to a large adjustment/write-off of $2.3B in 2024. Removing that, the payout ratio closer to the mid 50s to maybe 60%. Much more manageable. In retrospect, I need to go down the rabbit hole with SJM a bit more to see if there is something operating on their income statement which brings down their ratio. Earnings on 2/12 $KHC 5-Year Chart Safety is out at this moment and performance of these two is not helping them attract new investors. The business models of both are flagging and organic growth seems to be falling. That said, in an overheating market, these are the types of names I look for to churn out income while providing a potential of 10% returns over and above the income rate. I'll likely being buying more of both in the coming days/weeks but will look beyond the upcoming earnings before doing so.
