Started an LLC in the beginning of this year without having any idea what I was getting into only did one job and then kind of abandoned it made like 600 bucks off that one job and then never did anything else with it also worked W2 jobs all year since abandoning LLC bank account got closed I’m assuming due to not being used and no longer have passwords to the email with no bank statements how do I go about filing tax’s on that income while staying legal

I have a J I love — I love my colleagues, love my work. Pays the most but also expects a lot in terms of impact.
I am in over my head and cannot possibly put in the work with my other Js.
The manager has noticed and analyzed my GitHub activity with me a couple of times on the call… so pretty sure I’m going to be PIP’d soon!
Should I just let them PIP and then eventually fire me or just give my 2 weeks notice and exit cleanly…?

I found this under my house this evening while changing my whole house filter. It’s in the corner of the walls where the previous owner made an addition. At first it looked like wood shavings and as I pulled it down a bit, it became apparent it wasn’t. The insulation above it looks fine. No plumbing in the wall above. My gun safe sits directly above it and it’s a North East facing wall. To the left the foundation wall extends out another 3 feet from the wall on the right, so this is roughly in a corner related to the outside wall. New gutters installed 4 years ago and no issues on the ground in the crawlspace with standing water or water intrusion. My best guess is a mouse made a nest in the corner in the insulation and it eventually fell out.

Hello! I had moved out of Ontario and used to study in Montreal while receiving OSAP funding as an out-of-province student, then I dropped out due to medical issues and lived there a couple years. Now I'm planning to move back to Ontario and study at a college this September. I never really explicitly applied for Quebec residency but I probably automatically am considered a Quebec resident at this point, especially since my 2024 income tax will show up as from Quebec when I apply.
I know normally I'd be sort of screwed by residence requirements (must stay in Ontario for 12 consecutive months before being able to apply for OSAP as an Ontario resident again), however I also still qualify as a "dependent student" (It's been less than 6 years since I left High School, and I haven't worked full-time), does that mean I can bypass the residency requirements (waiting 12 months) by virtue of having moved back to Ontario and my parents being Ontario permanent residents? Websites such as https://carleton.ca/awards/glossary/osap-eligibility-definitions/ seem to suggest so, but OSAP's website doesn't specify.

Hello, ive been needing a front and rear suspension and steering refresh and wanting to upgrade/future proof my jeep for a possible lift and for certain offroading.
How does this stuff look like? Core 4x4 crawl kit, 2500$ Spicer ball joints 200$ And a few miscellaneous things about 300$ max
Would there be anything I should add or change? Yes I know currie exists and that's what alot of people recomended but I dont have the money to peice together a bunch of stuff from them. 2025.01.22 00:57 Proud-Employ3632 Daycare - does it ever get better??
We have a 10 month old daughter, and when I was pregnant, we went back and forth about whether we should get a nanny or put her in daycare. We explored both routes, but ended up getting off the waitlist for a great daycare in our area, and our daughter started there in September. Everyone told us to expect her to be sick often, but I didn’t think they meant THIS OFTEN.
Over the past 4.5 months, she’s gotten Covid, RSV, several coughs/colds that have led to 2 ear infections, and right now we are dealing with a nasty case of hand, foot and mouth. When she’s healthy, she absolutely loves school, is a social butterfly and really seems to be thriving. However, I just don’t know if my husband and I can do this much longer - we’ve had to take so many days off from work. We both have pretty demanding jobs, so it turns into a struggle on who has to cancel meetings etc.
So I guess my question is - does it actually get better? I am hoping by this summer things will slow down. And if we do have another child soon (we will likely start trying in the next few months), will this same cycle repeat/get worse if the kids are both in daycare and pass their illnesses to each other?
We have been discussing pulling her from daycare and getting a nanny, which would work even better when we had 2 kids, but I feel guilty for taking away that social aspect that she seems to enjoy. I would love advice from people you experienced something similar! Thank you!

Hello! Sorry for the terrible quality picture. I’m trying to figure out what’s the needed tire pressure for my car. The section with info reads Type: 32/220, 35/240, 38/260, 41/280, 44/300 (psi/kpa) How do I know which one’s the right one for mu car? It’s a 2013 ford cmax hatchback and it’s telling me low tire pressure at 29psi rn so obviously i’m going to the gas station but how do I know if I need 32 psi or 44?

I actually meant to post this last night but was being lazy to write everything out and besides, I'm getting busy now and have to focus on school. I think Shi Wudu's animal is a bear, and the main reason is protectiveness. Being between a mama bear and her young is considered one of the most dangerous situations one can come across. They are willing to go so far for the saftey of their cubs, even die if that is what it takes. We all know the males are much bigger and stronger, but even they don't want to risk injury.
Besides being protective, he also has extreme dedication. Just like how female bears dedicate their lives in raising their cubs, Shi Wudu spent his whole mortal life taking care of Shi Qingxuan. He did such a good job that...instead of turning out as a spoiled brat, we get this bubbly, cute, generous, upstanding, and cheerful character we all love. Nevermind the lack of experience, Shi Wudu was nothing more than a child/teenager himself. This isn't just a brother we are talking about. He was Shi Qingxuan's guardian and caretaker, but above all else...his PARENT.
Now I know an animal doesn't have the same complexed thinking and ethics as people do. But we do get the idea of how much the Water Master has done for his little brother and the fact that he is willing to do anything for Shi Qingxuan(fate swiching, not trusting others, attacking those madmen, blasting He Xuan's chest, ect.) A lot of fans tend to forget this but according to Hua Cheng, noone will ever dare touch the Wind Master because his brother would come after them and...you know how that would end. Not to mention how the Reverend of Empty Words goes running whenever he shoes up.
