I have a question regarding RetroArch/KNULLI save slots:
Why is it that when I move to say Save Slot 1 and do a quick save, it will then say “Saved to Slot 2”?
Or like if I select through to say Slot 4…then do a quick save…it will then say “Saved to Slot 5”?
I’ve tried this both on my Miyoo Mini+ (via RetroArch) and on my RG40XXV (via KNULLI), and it’s such a weird quirk that I was hoping someone would have an answeexplanation. 😅

 | I am coming from black box dye. I’ve bleached it slowly over the past few months I think bleached 3 times and did color remover. Tried purple and blue shampoo and nothing. I am trying to go back to natural which is like the reference photos in the end. I work at a beauty store and need to learn this stuff and hope to fix it before having to give up and have a salon help. I’ve followed all advice from my coworkers.  | So I buy from the same person each time and I’ve never questioned the products so far. But recently they sent my gentle edge figure that I opened today and it’s the first time I’m worried I may be getting replicas. I tested the holo sticker on the box for authentication and it said yes, but the more I think about it the sticker is on the BACK part of the box and could technically just be a switched back if that makes sense. The few things I’ve noticed is the feet and hands having some brown tints. (Picture 2) I’ve seen images where the feet and hands do and don’t have the same marks so I can’t tell if it’s intentional or not. The first picture also shows the skullpanda banner thing on the back of the head is upside down? And it isn’t able to rotate or flip so it’s sewed in wrong. The box also has its hoop rings on the bottom of the box vs the top so when hanging it flips to the back instead of hanging right side up. It also came wrapped with other random goodies but I can’t tell if that’s seller inclusions or store inclusions. Lastly there was a bifold piece of paper with something written about a NFC tag but it is kinda poorly written and hard to follow so I don’t know how it works. My bf is convinced it’s just factory mistakes and why it might have been sold for cheaper (barely under market pricing) but I’m nervous it’s a just a fake. Anyone who has bought this directly from popmart have an input? Or anyone with more knowledge ? Thanks in advance! 2025.01.22 04:47 dumbdes In Barcelona for a week, where should I stay the following week?
I'll be headed to Barcelona in three weeks for work, and very excited to spend the week there! My husband is flying up to meet me for an additional 5 days, and we'd like to explore another area or two. The catch, similar to another recent post, is that we need to fly back out of Barcelona.
After spending a lot of time in the city (and being in London the week before), I think we'd like to go somewhere a bit more in the country or seaside. Considering flying to San Sebastian for a few days, then bussing to La Rioja for a couple days (husband loves Spanish wine... But will we be wine-d out from Barcelona? We're normally beer drinkers lol), and then taking the train back to Barcelona.
Is that too much of a stretch? Is San Sebastian worth it this time of year? Or am I better off going somewhere closer like Costa Brava area? Somewhere else entirely?
One friend even suggested hopping over to France, so open to any and all suggestions as long as I can get back to Barcelona fairly easily!

Okay so I know most retro gaming enthusiasts will say there is "nothing like" playing on a CRT. But as a new collector, it feels like there would be a lot of scenarios where a newer tv would look better. And I'm wanting to dig a little deeper and get some opinions.
Some examples:
I understand if someone believes stretching an N64 image over a 65" 4k tv looks bad. Even with a retrotink 4k. But what if you used a retrotink 4k on a 20" hd tv. Wouldn't bringing the resolution to 4k on such a small display make up for the fact that it's not a crt? Couldn't an image filter band it close enough to the real thing, to make it worth it considering the massive resolution jump?
It seems like the experience you have includes a few factors:
1: Input lag 2: Resolution 3: That "CRT" look
Some people argue that the lower resolution hides some of the other flaws of the picture. That the CRT look can't be replicated, and input lag is always worse on an HD screen.
But with something like that retrotink 5x or retrotink 4k, if you're playing on a 120hz tv, to my understanding you can add the black frame insertion, you can get the input lag extremely low, and with a massive resolution jump, and adding a crt filter, it feels like you could potentially get SO MUCH of a better image that a very small input lag makes it worth it especially with the good filters and options with something like the 4k.
I say all this because I want you to either agree with me or prove me wrong. I've got a 25" CRT Sony TV downstairs with s video. It looks fine, not as good as my cheaper 18" CRT, but it looks fine. But I'm wondering if it's really worth moving all my retro consoles upstairs and buying a retrotink.
And I'm also curious if the Ps2, or Nintendo wii, if they are better off with the crt or moving to a newer tv.
The massive resolution bump feels tempting. Even if it isn't perfectly retro. But I'm wanting to be educated. I've done some research but I'm stuck in the middle

I’ve been playing for about 30 hours, a lot of which has been idling Watching tutorial YouTube videos while my passive income accumulates. The learning curve is tough, but I’m making about $1mil/hour through 6 mining fleets with 3 ships each, and a small trade facility supplied by miners and traders.
I’m flying a medium mineral miner because I like to just collect silicon and sell it while I wait for projects to get finished, but all around it feels like my income is too low. Most of my pilots can only Local Automine because they’re 2 star, so every region I have available to automine has a fleet.
Can I make money leading a small squadron of 3-4 medium well equipped fighters if I just hunt down raiding parties? I haven’t actually fought in this game and that seems like an exciting option, but I know that almost all growth is driven by economy and income, so would that be a reasonable option to try and get more money or should I stick to mining? All answers appreciated, thanks.

Just wondering if you can turn down difficulty to play more relaxed. Been watching a lot on this game because I love the life sim/renovation/RPG of this game. It's what I've been looking for but I see it can get brutal. Don't want to blast through the game just not stress out. I like the work towards better items.
