I’m posting this to help steer staff and parents away from Goddard Fort Wayne. I had a friend who worked there recently and told me a lot about what goes on.
As a parent, you’ll take a tour around the “school”. They’ll tell you how they keep ratios low to give your child the individual attention that they need. When they really just follow regular state regulations. Then they’ll tell you that they teach spanish and ASL. Spanish and ASL is “taught” (reviewed once a day which isn’t enough for retention). Then they’ll tell you that they support their teachers. But the teachers have packed rooms (some rooms have 20+ kids), no planning time, and are constantly dealing with behaviors. There’s no behavior specialist so teachers are left to deal with hitting, kicking, etc. Apparently several teachers have left because of this. (Oh yeah, the teacher turnover rate is insane). They’ll brag about their fancy curriculum which is supposed to create well-rounded kids. But teachers never get their supplies for activities and are forced to make up stuff as they go along. They say they “don’t do consequences” which means that kids figure out that they can do whatever they want and teachers can’t do anything about it. Kids run the classes, not the teachers. There’s constantly drama because one of the ladies up front is super unprofessional and talks about people behind their back. The owners are never in the building, working other jobs or taking vacations. They constantly run out of supplies like wipes, paper, tissues, etc for several days.
There’s apparently a lot more that goes on but this is all my friend told me. I really hope you all stay away from this place.

I have this whirlpool refrigerator that with make a continuous beep and show the lights on as seen in the pictures when the ice machine lever is pushed in. When the lever it not pushed in, nothing on the panel is lit. The light inside the fridge will still work but the light inside the freezer doesn't. I've already tried unplugging it and giving it 10 minutes and plugging it back in.
Does anyone have any idea what this could be?

To be honest, I'm just a guy. I always had this weird thought of changing my pronouns to she/her as a male, but I'm not really sure if it's OK to do so.
Changing my pronouns was probably inspired by this one guy on YT or Twitch who streamed Sonic 2 without pressing left and right as Knuckles, and in their streams, there's like this text saying that we should use she/her pronouns when describing the streamer.

Hi, since my IEM from Moondrop is slowly deteriorating(disintegrating), I am considering to buy a pair of headphone again. I am a glass wearer so comfort is my priority. I tried Turtlebeach, Logitech and SteelSeries way back but Turtlebeach and Logitech destroy my noggin and gave me massive headaches cuz they press hard on my ears and the bone next it.
I used SteelSeries Arctis 5 back then and it was very comfortable but the sound quality (as I recall) was kinda bad. I am reading a lot of reviews and all led to Audeze Maxwell, but it weights around 490g, which concerns me. And I see people saying it clamps very hard, which also concerns me.
So, I am currently debating which headphones to get: SteelSeries Arctis Nova 7, Bayerdynamics DT990 Pro or Audeze Maxwell. I wonder if Maxwell is comfortable for glasswearers.
