I had a job which required me to constantly look down on my phone for hours, this past month or two I have noticed my spine is hunching and is causing pain, sometimes I feel like it’s even causing headaches, and lack of sleep. Gente estou precisando urgente de saber o que fazer e como melhorar a situação da cachorra da minha avó.
Ela já tem uns 20 anos (vira-lata caramelo) e já não mexe as patas de trás direito por artrite, nisso ela escorrega muito, por qualquer coisinha. Minha avó tem 90 anos, para ela é muito complicado toda hora ir atrás de levantar a cachorra, porém mesmo tendo vários tapetes e até aqueles tatames pela casa, não é possível colocar em todo o imóvel (por exemplo área externa e garagem onde a cachorra faz suas necessidades, além do excesso de tapetes também fazer mal pra minha avó, que corre mais risco de tropeçar e cair).
Vocês sabem como ajudar? Algum tipo de sapato específico? Aquelas palmilhas valem a pena? Outra solução?
Outra situação que se passa é que pela demência/alzheimer, a cachorra não dorme direito em algumas noites. Dando pra uivar e latir sem parar. Minha tia, que mora perto (eu estou em outro estado) é meio... negacionista, para algumas situações, por assim dizer. Nisso decidiu tratar a situação só com homeopatia para acalmar a cachorra, invés de ter a iniciativa de procurar e pedir remédios reais pro veterinário que fossem ajudar a cachorra a dormir. Se possível, alguém tem indicações de medicamentos/tratamentos para eu perguntar a respeito para o veterinário? Não vou "automedicar" a cachorra, claro que não, mas preciso já "apresentar opções" e "ter argumentos" se eu quiser que minha tia me ouça, já que é ela quem está perto da vó e da cachorra e tem o contato direto com o veterinário.
Desde já agradeço a disposição de vocês e por suas respostas!!
Ps.: por favor, não responda se for só pra vir com papo "sacrifica", não é uma situação viável e nem humana para a cachorra e nem para a minha avó. Por favor, só comentem se tiverem sugestões que eu realmente possa usar. Eu não sou idiota, se sacrificar não foi algo que comentei aqui é porque não é possível.

Hello!
I am considering getting my wisdom teeth out. The doctors do agree and say it’s about time, but I would like to know if there’s any other type of anaesthesia.
I’ve got the following options of
A injection & laughing gas (I’ve already got 4 teeth pulled out at 12 because of Invisalign, absolutely hated both appointments since the needle felt like a bug was crawling into my gums)
Some sort of IV, where I get put into a deep sleep.
General Anaesthesia, where they put a breathing tube and I basically go on machines for a couple hours.
I have chosen not to take the injection, but would like to know more about the IV. For example, will there be any pain after? Will it be an inpatient operation? They haven’t been very specific on the details of how it works, and before I make another appointment or go see them, I would like a bit more information.
Cost is not an issue since dental care is free in my province (Canada).
