2025.01.22 04:55 Puzzled-Term789 2 Yr Old behavior issues
Hi all, my son is almost 2 and a half and I am worried he has adhd or ocd. At day care they finally talked to me about his behavior over the past few weeks and said he’s been very resistant to getting his diaper changed, and has been really emotional.
These things I have been aware of with him and really thought it was just a typical 2 yr old, but what I gathered from the teachers talking to me was that he is acting different compared to his other peers.
Some things he does are: fixates on trucks, wants to watch the same videos over and over, get really REALLY frustrated when toys don’t work the way he wants them to and has over the top tantrums where he screams as loud as he can and will sometimes hit himself in the head.
He has a great home life, tons of toys, all the things he needs, mom and dad who love each other, and I am feeling SO much guilt from why he’s acting this way.
Any tips or advice would be so appreciated. ❤️

2025.01.22 04:55 Ghostspider1989 I've given up on quest for PCVR
I started with the rift s and loved it. Its simple and it works flawlessly. I never had a single issue with it.
Then I got the quest 2. I loved the stand alone features and the wireless gaming.
But that's where the good ends unfortunately.
Hooking up the quest 2 via the link cable has been nothing but a shit show.
Half the time when I select it to link from the headset itself it just doesn't do it. It starts and then crashes back to the head set. Either that or it just stays on a black screen.
Same thing with air link. It just doesn't work.
Sometimes restarting my PC would get things working but seriously? It's just frustrating having to take the headset off just to restart my PC when the software should just work.
Eventually I would be able to get it to connect via cable but now it no longer works properly. There's immense screen tearing and it has become absolutely unplayable.
The only way I can play it on my PC is with virtual desktop which has always worked incredibly well.
But all this was just so much of a headache that I've given up on quest for pcvr.
I got myself a psvr for my PS5 and an adapter for my PC and I've been using that instead. While hooking up the controllers was a bit difficult at first it was nothing to the headaches I experienced trying to get the quest to work.
It's been an awesome experience. I just turn the headset and controllers on and it just works. There's no bullshit.
I just wanted to vent honestly. The quest 2 will be the last of metas headsets I ever buy

It ain't much, but its honest work. 5700x3d replaced 3700x this weekend Stock amd wraith Pc power and cooling firestorm 1050w Asrock x570 phantom gaming x 32gb G.skill royal trident z gold Evga 3070ti ftw 4tb m.2 samsung 1tb wd raptor hdds 10ks I believe I bought this in.. 2006 or 2007. It's been awhile, it's been through many builds. I ran a blue raidmax smilodon before this which i still have. Some older builds that were in it Cpus Athlon x2 Phenom II x4 Wolfdale e8600? I7 4770K Gpus Evga 8800gts 512 Evga 560ti Evga 1070 ftw2 Mobo Asus Dfi lan party dk x38? Msi 980a Asrock z87 fatality Ram Corsair xms2 led Crucial ballistix red led Crucial tactical tracer red led Younger generation and their questions. Why not water cooled cpu? Not needed, it was cool when I got into building and everything was custom but stuff ran hotter back then. I've under volted, over volted. Burned up cpus and mobos. Wolfdale hit 4.6 on air, but ran at 4.2 for stability. Air has treated me fine, since forever. Even the wraith. Why the ugly case with writing on it? Back in the day blue was like the only led you could get then green came along. I had numerous blue builds but red is my favorite color. This was the first red one that I really ever remember at the time. I like the writing, didn't really follow fatality though. Why 1000w+? Is it needed? No but back in the day 1000w much like sli or water cooling was the thing. It was based on the fan color and nostalgia. Among other things this case in its day was ahead of time so to speak. The hdd cage which was designed for raid 0+1 could only hold 3 hdds, in an anti vibration mount system. The rear fan had rubber isolators for dampening as well plus some other small features. None of these mean much now but back then it was cool. The new cases are honestly pretty boring these days, tempered glass with 80 fans. Dime a dozen. Still gets used every night. for some reason i cant bind Ctrl + G in overlay, google says its something to do with highlights but no such bind exists in the overlay keybinds? is there any way to set this manually?
i cant save the last X min using the keybind unless i open and close the overlay?
Mouse speed in overlay is still cooked 5+ years into this thing.. why does it keep getting more and more frustrating to just have screen recording. the first version of shadow play was the best :/

I haven't done supplements before but heard people say that I should take Nusalt for electrolytes along with magnesium glycinate pills daily. Is there any benefits to doing so or side effects? My trainer told me I should be buying them both as my LMNT packets he reccomended were running low. Wondering if anyone has experience taking the supplements and if they help at all for calisthenics? I'm not sweating usually in my workouts, I workout 3x a week doing planche training.
