Hey everyone! I have been NC with my ex since October after she ghosted me randomly. I was so heart broken after the break up but joined this group and immediately went no contact. It's been a hard route with the NC but I've been feeling stronger this month. Since the break up I've been on this self journey with myself. It has been beautiful. I love myself more than I did when I was with her.
Anyhow, I ran into her work this week. It was shocking. Turns out, she works for a company that works with my job. She was walking around my job where my "old office" used to be (they moved me recently the past few months) and I was walking down the same hall and we both went wide eyed and walked past each other. I went into another office, took some breaths and walked back out. I was shaken but managed to get back to work and begin my morning.
But she lingered at my work near the new office. Her eyes glancing over here and there. It gave me anxiety and really threw me off. But I said nothing. Neither did she.
I feel so strong after that. Since our break up, I've been on this high note. Especially with this month, I feel like an entirely different person than I was after our break up.
But with seeing her I felt all those old feelings come back. I missed her all over again.
I need advice on staying strong in this process and keeping with the NC.

Just before Christmas I bought a 7.5mg pen. I was on 5mg but was concerned I would lose effectiveness mid dose so I planned to use 5mg out of the pen until I needed 7.5mg. I knew this would waste some (28 days from opening) but it was a great offer so I didn't worry,
Fast forward, I used 5 mg until last dose when I panicked I was losing suppression and took 7.5mg. Erm.... that was 10 days ago, I forgot my jab was due Sunday because I have had full suppression for 10 days!
So, do I take 5mg again or continue with 7.5mg... and do I titrate up to a 10mg pen?
History is I was on 2.5mg for three months. I bought the third pen and immediately lost suppression. That was a miserable month! I don't want to have that happen again....

2025.01.22 08:37 GTRacer1972 How hard is the CDL-B test?
If I get hired for this job that I really hope I get hired for (still a week to go before they will let people know), they require the CDL-B. Thy give you 9 months to get it, and they reimburse. I am assuming they won't reimburse for a CDL-A or I'd go for that. Actually maybe not, I don't really want to drive a truck other than for work at the plant, but I might still do the A if it were an option just in case.
But how hard is the driven part? I am sure if I study the computer part will be okay, nit sure about the driven. The biggest I have ever driven was a 26 foot U-Haul truck a few times.

I'm ok flying but I completely understand people that hate it. I see Nick as a man that would appreciate the finer-travel of yesteryear. The boys and co. should book some tickets on the Queen Mary 2 and do a transatlantic cruise. They could do a couple pods at sea reviewing the on-board dining and culminate with a mini UK tour.
If I were in their situation, I would love to do something like this. Easy content and it would be a blast.

i really want to say this is my last intentional binge but i said that last time… and the time before that. the binge and restrict cycle is too real ugh. i’ve come to terms with chips being my “trigger” food, im serious on cutting them out cold turkey for at least a month (i say that but in reality I’ll allow myself to have a MINI bag if the craving is that bad).
any tips to completely stop binging?
