2025.01.22 08:58 SockFamiliar6794 Bekomme keine Arbeit in meiner Wahlstation

Ich bin seit Dezember in meiner Wahlstation bei einer der Big Four. Dort arbeite ich drei Tage die Woche jeweils 8h, da ich in einer anderen Stadt wohne 2 Tage Remote und einen Tag vor Ort. Als Referendarin bin ich dort eher eine Seltenheit, auch wenn alle Partner und vereinzelt Teammitglieder Jurist:innen und gleichzeitig StB sind. Ich kenne mich auf dem Gebiet, das wir bearbeiten, noch nicht gut aus, habe aber ein solides Grundwissen und lerne parallel, da das Gebiet auch Gegenstand meines Schwerpunkts ist. Darüber sind auch alle informiert.
Nun ist es so, dass ich jede Woche Montag eine Mail schreibe, dass ich Arbeit suche. Ich bekomme dann meistens eine Aufgabe, die sich schnell abarbeiten lässt. Dann suche ich wieder nach Arbeit, manchmal schreibe ich dann am Dienstag oder am Mittwoch nochmals eine Mail an alle ca. 60 Teammitglieder. Allerdings bekomme ich dann in den meisten Fällen keine Aufträge mehr. Feedback zu meiner Arbeit bekomme ich nur wenn ich danach aktiv frage, meistens kommt auf das Absenden meines Arbeitsergebnisses keine Antwort.
Wie gehe ich damit am besten um?
Ich mache mir Gedanken, ob meine Leistungen nicht ausreichen, wenn ich etwas abgebe, auch wenn das Feedback das ich bisher bekam recht positiv war. Ich konnte beobachten, dass auch reguläre associates, die neu angefangen haben, nach Arbeit suchen per Mail. Deshalb könnte es auch einfach ein organisatorisches Problem im Team sein, aber ich bin mir nicht sicher. Ich habe schon gemerkt, dass die Festangestellten viel Stress haben und dementsprechend wenig Zeit, was ich auch verstehe - aber dann müsste es doch auch mehr Arbeit für mich geben.
Ich fühle mich schlecht wenn ich im Home Office dann andere Dinge mache während ich auf Arbeit warte. Gleichzeitig nervt es mich, dass ich an meinem Bürotag insgesamt 5h pendle und dann im Büro auch wieder nur rumsitze, während alle arbeiten.
Ich habe in der Vergangenheit bereits in einer GK gearbeitet und da bestand das Problem nicht, bzw. nicht in diesem Ausmaß.
Falls ihr Tipps habt was ich machen könnte, damit ich Arbeit bekomme, bin ich über jeden einzelnen dankbar :)

I'm playing on Xbox and can't figure out how to make the interference wave move up and down? I've googled it but can't seem to find any info for the Xbox version.
I understand making the wave widenarrower and talleshorter but sometimes it seems like it needs to move up or down and don't recall that being covered in the tutorial.
Any tips would be so helpful! I've disabled this feature for now but would love to actually understand how to do it instead.

Can your only symptoms from mold be mental? I have lived in my apartment in now 3 months. And I’m so depressed, fatigue, brainfog and just feeling so off. Waking up every night with this horror feeling in ny gut. I also have a little cough and mucus, but that could be from smoking more after feeling stressed. I wondered if all these symptoms could be from the stress from moving and i also have ptsd. But its many years since i felt so off in my head and feeling so depressed.

Randdaten:
Soll für 1080p (Ende des Jahres voraussichtlich 2k) Gaming sein mit möglichst höchsten Einstellungen (exkl. Raytracing) (hauptsächlich Shooter, manchmal auch RPG)
Budget ist maximal 1000€
Was ich schon habe ist b650 (AM5) Motherboard, 32 GB DDR5 CL30 und für die CPU Kühlung ein Liquid Freezer 3.
Da der 7800x3d & 9800x3d einfach übertrieben teuer sind, dachte ich an die Optionen
