Hello everyone,
I have this mount since Sep 2024 and it worked fine till few nights ago, while taking photos of IC434, my mount had to correct the position - N.I.N.A "center after drift" command - I was not using guiding yet. Instead of correcting it for example by +1°, it moved... -359°. In this case, cables going to DEC motor, wrapped around the DEC axis and were a bit tight. I noticed it quickly, stopped the mount, fixed the problem and restarted the session. Later this night, the tracking was a bit... snappy? See the picture. You can it the best on bottom right corner.
Night was a bit cold (-2°C) and very moist (90%).
I've checked the cables , both were fine, checked both RA and DEC motors, also fine. Slewing works fine, but tracking is bad.
Few nights later, I setup session with guiding, an object relatively close to last one (IC2118), just for guide test. For two hours there were no problems with mount tracking or guiding at all, but later moved to M42 to do similar test and then... mount failed again, with snappy tracking.
What could happen? A gear could be broken at this specific position? Sockets for RA and DEC motors brokek? Any ideas?

I've been running clubs regularly since January 2024 so I'm aware there's a couple of players who are so far out of reach, that I don't really have the hope of ever being able to compete with them. Still, this leaderboard has kinda blown my mind - it's from last week's EA Creator Series club - H2 RWD on Scandia. ~200 players finished the event, and with 1hr20mins it was a lengthy one. But MehuJanne managed to pull a whopping 5 minute lead on P2 - in a Talbot Lotus, which to my knowledge is one of the weakest cars in that class. I guess I don't really have a point other than wanting to share my amazement. MehuJanne, whoever you are, if you read this, you're an absolute savage and my hat's off to you!

While most media outlets are recommending a wait and see approach when it comes to Trump policy, as an investor it is important to always be on top of potential moving pieces in the markets.
Since the inauguration day, a bunch of executive orders have been signed and their effects will be noticable over time. The markets are generally receiving the news coming from the White House as positive, but will proceed with caution. Below a few points to keep in mind.
1) Trump is positive on energy (especially traditional energy sources like oil, gas and perhaps coal) and does not like renewable energy as much. However, keep in mind that a lot of energy sources (bases) are in Canada and even Greenland. The permian base comprises of Texas. The other big source is Alasa. So without completely depleting the US reserves, Trump needs to get his resources from somewhere else. Also understand that the energy market can move in weird ways. Oil going up =/ refineries making more money for example.
2) He is very strict on borders. By this I mean, he would like to protect the borders both physically and economically with tarrifs and other protective measures. The goal as an investor and even short term trader, is to find corners and obscure parts in the market that could shift significantly. Which sectors could profit from protective measures and for which sectors his policy is detrimental? There is always a grey area.
3) He really hates the current healthcare system. So thats why RFK became his close friend and ally. RFK has gotten the mandate to really go nuts on this sector. Thats why this sectors could have significant moves as well. Always keep in mind, things dont move in the obvious way.
Tickers to watch: PFE, MRNA, SMCI (specially end of Feb is important for this company), NVDA, AMZN, GOOGL, META, VST, CEG, XOM, LLY

I have some issues with OneNote. Cant find it myself ...
When opening OneNote page, I can add "Meeting Details" from my 3 accounts in Outlook. But when adding a meeting from one of those 3 accounts, OneNote keeps using my private mail adres as "from" instead of my company mail.
Because of other rules with my company, I cant switch the from mail source during creation. Pretty anyoing as I am working for 2 different companies (consultant) and needs to use the mail from that company during meeting minutes.
