2025.01.22 11:02 3dveggieman Got back to keeping bettas after losing my crayfish 6 months ago.
Got this guy today, he is stressed now because I put him in the new tank, tank is a 5 gal and cycled like for 3 months straight with baby fish I used to have inside of it with some small snails. power is out, that's why the filter is not bubbling and the lights are off, if you have any advice regarding this little guy, I'm all ears to hear it,
Also, what should I name this lil guy?

Hey everyone, what's the process of claiming against a municipality for damage caused by a pothole? Last year in July I hit a huge pothole just driving off a traffic light and it caught both my front wheel and tyres. Fixing the rims and replacing front tires left me some >R5000 lighter. If possible I would like to claim this back but is there a way? Municipality in question is Tshwane.

Kakabalik ko lang sa work this year after my SL.
I was surprised when sa meeting, tinabihan niya ko. She called my by my nickname - showing closeness, and guided me all throughout what I missed since day 01 ng business ng taon.
We didn't end well last year. Before the holidays, when we talked in person, I called her out nung minaliit niya ko sa buong team meeting. Kapag I will be given an opportunity, she will influence our superiors and put doubt in their mind if I can go beyond and do their assigned task to me dahil sa past ko. Parehas lang kami ng role. I thought I was her friend. And I thought she's also mine. Sinabi ko sa kanya yung challenges ko, both personal and professional, pero di ko alam na gagamitin niya yun against me sa meeting namin.
Ang sakit nung mismong narinig ko sa bibig niya yung pangmamaliit niya sakin. Yung prejudice at opinion niya sakin - kahit halos alam niya na buong history ng buhay ko at kung saan ako nanggagaling. Akala ko naiintindihan niya ko, pero parang siya ang isa sa mga maling tao na pinapasok ko sa buhay ko.
Sobra yung galit ko sa kanya. I unfriended her and blocked her. Wala na kong intensyon kahit tingnan siya sa mata.
Tapos ngayon, para siyang changed woman? Hindi siya clingy but she started asking and involving me sa conversation in groups.
Mukhang nakalimutan niya na ata yung kalokohan niya last year.
Well siya yun. I promise to myself na I will never let her in to my life again. I am good at working collaboratively pero yung lalagpas pa sa pagiging colleagues, ay red flag na to., a big no.
If I let her back, ibig sabihin lang nito, wala akong natutunan sa 2024.
But am I being too hard on her and myself?
Masyado ba kong narrow-minded?
Dapat ba, bigyan ko pa rin siya ng second chance?
When and where do you draw the line sa ganitong mga circumstances?
