Hello! I am trying to start my Career in IT but my past jobs have all been either Food Service or Warehouse related. I am almost finished with my Associates in Computer Programming and I plan to expand it into a Bachelors over time. Aside from a few of years of management in food service, most of my experience is not relevant. Should I even include what experience I have or should i focus on my new skills and projects?

I stomped my way to diamond in a day after the new season, took 2 days off and demoted to Plat 2 when I came back and had a 10(!!!!!) game loss streak. Now I cant seem to climb no matter what. I can win one or two, followed up by 5 loss in a row. And its not close matches. Were getting stomped hard, and almost always have people who already hate their life in hero select.
Am I doomed and in forever loosers queue, or have I just gotten worse at the game? I really dont know what is happening. Its making me hate the game.

 | Hi all. I have an issue with my Mesh setup where two different AD users connect to the same Mesh user. I don't know why or how! They (like everyone else) log in to Mesh with their AD account name https://preview.redd.it/p7o2t785tjee1.png?width=690&format=png&auto=webp&s=a1d0847fa4ca0fd3bbe3e123a2b2ae729109cc70 When one of these users logs on for the first time (or after deleting the user in Mesh) they are able to setup their MFA and use Mesh fine. Then the second user tries to login, but doesn't have the same MFA setup. Within Mesh, the user details a pulled from AD (Photo, Email Address, Group Memberships, etc) okay. 2025.01.22 13:51 Academic_Meaning_762 Are ramshorn snails murdering my guppies in the night?
 | I have a tank in my office that has been established for months with just ramshorn snails and a betta in it. Had no issues for months. I moved the beta to a different tank and decided I wanted to bread some pretty guppies. I have kept tanks for over a decade now. I have now had several (5 guppies) die over the past week and I cant figure it out for the life of me. This morning I saw one guppy with a bite out of him ( see photos) and the only fish in this tank are male and female guppies (2 females to every male) and rams horn snails. Do I have murderous snails? Is the breeding too intense? Parameters seem fine ( check photos) the fish seem fine then at some point in the night they die or get murdered and I just dont get it. Does anyone have any tips on how to manage my self whilst my partner needs space. My partner and I had a disagreement last night and it was left that he would contact me when he wanted to talk and I am trying really hard to respect and honour him needing space. I am however really struggling myself I haven't messaged him since last night but I did spend all of last night awake trying to figure out how to fix things and the majority of my work day today has been spent crying. I am overly emotional and finding the silence extremely hard to cope with. Is there anything I can do to stop myself obsessing? Any advice is appreciated

Yesterday I popped the breaker with an AC fan. Today I noticed some snickering and the breaker was hot so I took the cover off and the main power cable was sparking.The Cables I circled melted together but they are connected to the same terminal. After tightening the contact and putting electrical tape over the melted areas it wasn't sparking anymore. How can a breaker pop cause a wire to loosen? And how can the same polarity wire melt together?

Hi there! So I’m still a pretty new tarot user and I wanted to try out a reading for what my year has in store for me, with the one card each month + a card for the overall theme of the year. When shuffling and picking my cards I was envisioning my goals for the year (financial stability, good mental and physical health, stability in my relationships both with friends and my partner, and success with my content creation) In my opinion I feel like it’s an overall pretty good outcome? Most of the “negative” cards are things I can overcome by changing my outlook on things or simply my actions/reactions.
