I'm using helix in windows, and for my coding setup i open helix in one terminal tab and on the other tab I open "yazi" for foldefile explorer. but sometimes switching between these two tabs seems confusing. any suggestion/ tool to use here

2025.01.22 15:48 Bluerosefantasy I’m tired of hoping things will get better
I’ve been dealing with quite a lot over the span of a few years. I had to deroot myself out of my job field due to the downfall of its industry.. many have been dissapointed and so have I.. I applied everywhere and got into a call center which has been hell.. people would call insult me and threaten me.. everyday.. but I always got told keep sending out your resume for a gouvernent job and you’ll find stability there. Job security and even a good pension. That’s what I did everyday.. the only joy I would get is selling my art to conventions. Getting to see so many who feel the same as me and I got to actually talk about things I enjoyed…
I got the gouvernent job and I thought “great my foot in the door for a year”.. just today they told us that our contracts will be shorten to 6 months…
I’m done.. I can’t take it having people tell me to wait that there will be hope out there.. that there is some light… I do all I can to make things better for myself only for things out of my control to ruin it.. I’m just so tired.. the world is on fire and I’m tired of getting my hopes crushed everytime.. I want things to get better.. but it seems for now… things aren’t gonna change for the better

Hey everyone,
I've been playing this game off and on since around 2017, never seriously and only for a couple matches at a time (despite owning it for like 7 years still only have 12 hours). I love it though and recently have been having a ton of fun playing it with a friend
My question is; does anyone have any system they use to make there be a pick/ban process to unit drafting?
We got bored of doing the same armies over and over and have instead been doing random armies, which is really fun, but also starting to get old. I'd love to have some kind of pick ban system and have been trying to come up with one myself, but was curious if anyone else does anything they could share.
If you're curious, here is my idea so far, although I still think its a pretty flawed idea.
When you search it, google AI suggests just doing a pure pick/ban aka one player picks and bans, next player picks and bans. I don't hate this, but it gives too much priority to first and doesn't have any diversity. I want to make a system that still has a small amount of RNG you have to workaround and can allow people to pick stealth or surprise units without the other player knowing (e.g. moles, chameleons, mines). With that in mind, here is what I've got so far (only supports 1v1 at the moment):
Some rules:
- Cards may be selected by both players
- Cards currently banned on your turn may never be selected
- If a unit you selected in secret gets banned by the other player later, you still use that unit
Steps:
Before drafting, determine who will be the first player
- Roll to randomly ban 1 unit (just use like spin the wheel or something)
- Both players press 'randomize army' in game and select one card secretly. This cannot be a banned unit.
- First player picks and bans
- Second player picks twice and bans
- First player picks

My friend, who is due to get married in a few months, has told me she’s been having an affair with a married coworker since last year. Apparently it was just a one off to start with, but now it’s progressed to a full blown affair with them meeting several times a week.
I don’t in any way condone cheating, but I can understand why some feel pushed to it if they are unhappy/trapped in their relationship. What I really don’t understand about this is that she said she cannot fault anything with her fiancé and nothing about him makes her unhappy, it’s just a case of this coworker being ‘exciting’. She has no intention of either ending the affair or not going ahead with the wedding. I told her I’m concerned about the repercussions if she gets caught (in my opinion she has a lot to lose from this), but she doesn’t think there’s any chance of them getting caught out. I don’t know why the whole thing is making me so anxious when I’m not even involved, but I can’t stop thinking about it.
I’m so lost on how I should feel about this whole thing. I don’t want to lose them as a friend because they’re an important part of my life, but at the same time I just can’t look at her the same way. How am I supposed to just carry on being a part of her and her fiancés life, and being a part of their wedding when I know this is happening?

I am looking for a fic. It was about Hinata time travelling to save Naruto from death while also changing the past. I found it on a Reddit thread with a bunch of other Hinata time travel fics or something HInata-related IDK (I believe they were all NaruHina-centric fics). Things I know about it:
- Sasuke kills Naruto (I believe he snuck up on him and killed him)
- Hinata's personality is slightly darker. She is also cunning
- Shikamaru confronts Hinata before she begins time travelling but is powerless to stop her
- Mito made a marriage contract with the Hyuuga. After 10 generations, if there was no unity, the contract was annulled
- Hinata shows a young Naruto tough love so that he will grow stronger
- Hinata and Naruto were set to travel to Uzu for some reason
