I recently launched a mobile app and am now exploring marketing strategies to grow its user base. I’ve noticed more and more mobile apps using TikTok either for sponsored posts or for content creation on a regular basis (e.g. Locket app). What would you recommend someone who never tried influencers marketing before?
Where can I find influencers? How should I approach working with them? What strategies work best—sponsored posts or ongoing content creation? What is the typical compensation range, and how can I effectively track success?
I’d be incredibly grateful for any advice, starting with the most pressing question: is influencer marketing even worth it for mobile apps?

2025.01.22 16:55 JohnBrownSurvivor My main two problems with Bluesky are that almost no one actually uses it as a "microblogging" platform, and it is completely open for anyone to mine for data.
And, the second almost makes it dangerous to do the first.
Sure, everything you post on any other service is available for the public to see. And other services have APIs. But, correct me if I'm wrong, I don't think other platforms APIs allow anyone to mine my every like or block. If people put too much actual personal information into Bluesky, then not only will rich billionaires have access to your data, but so will every Mom's-basement-dwelling MAGAt who can download a program from a Russian website. Your neighbor down the street can extract far more info about you than they ever could on Facebook. And there is no way for you to stop them. A "block" on Bluesky is really only a request for Bluesky to not show that other account in your feed, and to not show them your posts within the regular user interface. I guarantee you there are already apps out there that allow people to ignore your blocks (or even to actively seek them out) and see your posts anyway.
Do I want rich billionaires to have access to all my activity? Of course not. But, I kinda want my neighbor down the street, with the Confederate flag in his basement window, to NOT have my data even more.
It almost feels as if Bluesky is really just a honey pot, attracting all the liberals, so every fascist on the planet can easily mine all our data, without even needing to go to the trouble of kissing a rich assholes butt.
And so, everyone who is even subliminally aware of this absolute openness subconsciously withdraws back to nothing but "Follower Chasing." Nothing but endlessly reposting memes, in an attempt to up their follower count, rather than simply sharing their lives with friends. It has an air of excitement, but with piles of litter underneath. Like a crappy carnival.
There just has to be a better way to design a "microblogging" protocol than this. Something where people have more choice over what others can see... at all. Something where our posts, as well as the likes and blocks are encrypted such that a blocked person can't see our data because they don't have a valid decryption key. Yes, I know, that would be far more complicated. It might not even be possible.
It may be that we will always require centralized servers that we trust to keep our data secure. That are open source software. But that do not have an absolutely open API. And a method of vetting servers for their adherence to the rules. I'm not sure.
But, until something better comes along, I plan to be very cautious as to how much of my personal life I share on there. Yes, contributing to the first problem. I know.

I’m having significantly lower speeds (20mbps download) when using my new MoCa adapters than when I used my powerline adapters (165mbps download), however the speed seems to take a while to ramp up as doing a steam update it goes from a low 20mbps to 688mbps after around a minute or two of continuous downloading.
Is there a way to fix this ramp up and down?

I really don’t like Apple’s detection software changing its mind about what is the size of my head.
When I bought the product, it shipped with a S size solo band. And I bought another because I wanted to do double solo mod.
Now I’m measuring my head again and it says it’s M. (╯°□°）╯︵ ┻━┻
Apple, really you need to get this straight. After a couple hundred dollars spend on wasteful merchandise, you’re not helping the environment or consumer.

Da sich einzelne Mieter aus unserem Haus nicht richtig benehmen können und ihren Müll nicht richtig entsorgen, wird regelmäßig der Hausmeister gerufen, um den Müllraum aufwändig zu reinigen. Nun sollen die dabei entstehenden Kosten auf alle Mieter des Hauses umgelegt werden, obwohl dafür nur eine oder zwei Parteien verantwortlich sind. Just built a new pc using a Antec Flux Pro case and a b650-pro mobo, everything works except the 5 pre installed fans routed to this fan hub. I’ve tried the inserting the two pin cable that leads off from the hub into the Pump fan and sys fan header
Was wondering if anyone could help since I’ve tried looking online to help for a couple of hours to no avail.

I know that this has been asked a lot but its still not clear to me, whats the difference between those two? Ive been diagnosed first with exophoria and recently with exotropia. Flr the last month my right seems to struggle to "be" in its place but this never happened before. I dont have double vision.
