I'm very new to the game, but going to be GMing one soon. I've got an idea to run a "dynamic city" as it's own "game" where the city evolves and has gangs, edgerunners, and corps changing not just with things the players have done, but just the normal city happenings as well. I've got most of the game books and access to ones from other cyberpunk games. What would be the best books and info to raid for setting this up? I'm using the Night City Atlas as the base map and gangs, but nothing mentions their various strengths nor other security related info.

I purchased two lemon lime prayer plants off marketplace and the seller gave me this little lady for free. She is dramatic and requires water often or she wilts.
I got her in November, I have had her for three months and since then she is more than double the size she was when I received her. She seems to be pretty hearty and a good grower. I have had her in a couple areas of my house and she does not seem to require a lot of light.
What is she?

2025.01.22 19:16 Smazhie Random disconnects and up to 90% packet loss from a 32.130.x.x IP Address
 | My internet has returned to randomly disconnecting throughout the day for about 3-5 seconds one to twice a day. I had this problem in the Summer of 2023 where I had to file a complaint with the FTC to have ATT even recognize my issue. It turns out it was a fault on their server side (switch, splitter, port? don't know their terminology) and it was resolved by the Office of the President. It took 2 different brand new modems, 3 technicians, and around 7 support staff to resolve it last time. The problem has returned and when speaking with ATT support they state that multiple other customers are reporting the same issue "but there's nothing they can do and I should report it to the FTC". Yes, the support staff recommended that I file a complaint to the government. I think that's ridiculous but I filed a new report for the FTC and BBB anyways since I'm used to this rodeo by now lol. I use PingPlotter and my network logs show a constant 60-95% packet loss coming from two ATT issued IP addresses starting with: 32.130.x.x. Some googling reveals that these are ATT owned addresses located in Atlanta, Georgia. No other IP address in my line of hops to google.com show even a single digit of packet loss. Just these two IP addresses. I've tried almost every troubleshoot imaginable, have already been through 3 headache inducing support staff, and a tech is coming tomorrow. I've ruled out my own device, ruled out my own secondary router which is in IP Passthrough mode (Ubiquiti Dreammachine Pro), ruled out the ethernet cables, etc. Anyone else experiencing the same or have any ideas to help me resolve this? My heat suddenly stopped working when I use the remote start. If I use the phone or the app doesn’t matter still no air until I get in and push the brake and start button. I’ve checked the setting it’s on “last setting” I’ve tried back and forth between last setting and auto, nothing. It was working fine until a couple weeks ago. Anyone have the same problem or know how to fix it? 2018 btw
