Does anyone believe they may suffer vulnerable narcissism and OCD? I believe I do and I wonder if it's a more common connection than is currently understood. I start to think some of the OCD episodes I've had in my life involved narcissistic collapse. At the worst times, I lose all self-worth and become consumed by intrusive thoughts, guilt and panic. What the heck do you do when you’re in limbo? Just waiting to find out if it is in fact ectopic…
Went to the ED a few days ago because I was having shoulder pain and pain all down my left side as well as cramping (left side only) and brown blood when I wiped after going to the bathroom.
They did a scan and a blood test and basically said, “too early to tell where it is. Congratulations on your pregnancy.”
Had an appointment the next day at the OBGYN where she came in and laughed…”you’re barely even pregnant so we’re not going to see anything.” She did an internal ultrasound and found free fluid around my uterus. She seemed slightly concerned but said, “it’s likely physiological.”
I get my hCG checked today at 3:30 to see if the levels are going up but I know in my gut that something is wrong. The pressure in my lower left abdomen and the pain all down my left side and in my shoulder aren’t normal. I’m scared that if I wait too long something bad will happen. I understand that there is only so much they can do but when does waiting too long become dangerous?

I, like many, will be building a new computer to house my 5090 (hopefully founders edition). I have listed the relevant parts below but still stuck on what mobo to use. AM5 ITX boards are definitely lacking so I want to be purposeful when selecting the right one. I plan on have the GPU and 1 NVME drive, nothing else. I don't plan on going too crazy with OC given the constraints with a SFF case.
So...1 GPU, 1 NVME and not much overclocking...is it a waste to go x870e or even x670e? is b650e perfectly fine? I know it might be odd pairing the high end parts with a mid mobo but I won't use any of the bells and whistles of the new chipsets.

Hello shiners, When I do a corn mash I use approximately 2.5 lbs fine milled corn per gallon of water. So I boil 13 gallons of water and pour it over 32.5 lbs fine ground corn, add high temp alpha amylase stir it upp and let it rest covered. I the do a iodine test and then I take the temp down and add glucoamylase, wait couple of hours until it drops to yeast pitching temp and let it ferment on grain.
Theoretically, 32.5 lbs corn in 13 gallons of water should give me a SG of 1.075.
But there is a grain absorption which is somewhere around 0.1 gallon per pound of grain, so a little over 3 gallons of water is absorbed into the grains.
Does that mean that when I take a gravity reading before pitching yeast it should be higher than 1.075 because its 3.25 gallons less water the sugars are dissolved in?
Should I add 3.25 gallon extra water before pitching yeast?
I have not taken mash efficiency into consideration, just the less liquid due to grain absorption.
