I’ve researched ingredients and yes they should help but because of no safety seal and expiration use by date I’m uncomfortable. I do need to get this review submitted and I know that supplements are tricky. This is my fist review for one ~ newbie 3 weeks. Here’s what I have typed out so far: STARS ~ 3 Hopeful As most women my age the change can be difficult.🙄 I hope this can help. Says made in USA Pills are a nice consistent size and color. Product i received is exactly as pictured. The top is not childproof. Directions on how to take are clearly shown on the bottle. This will be a 30 day supply. I am removing 2 stars because: 1-The only safety seal is the piece of clear plastic on the outside of the bottle there is nothing covering the pills once the top is removed. 2-There is no use by date or expiration date on the bottle. Because of these I am uncomfortable taking this. Does this look good or make changes? How do I have to cover for 6 people on the same walls. If im on 211 and 212 why are there andons for each person that goes to the bathroom. And conveniently it's always 45 mins to an hour before a break. Once one person comes back it's the next person then the next one till everyone on those walls im nearby all go to the bathroom. Best part is no other PAs help you out theyre no where to be found. I'm just ranting I know it's not associates fault and I know where they're coming from. But it just irks me how they always find it convenient only when im there as soon as I help it's like a long chain reaction and I get stressed out cause I'm not doing the rest of the admin work I have to do. Not only am I doing sort but I also have to answer Pack side problems even though our pack PA doesn't do shit and he just sits at the desk all day and just talks with chicks on site. Just a rant dont take it too literally

I rolled over a previous 401k into an IRA, which at the time I didn’t realize counts as a traditional IRA. The name of the account shows Rollover IRA.
Balance is at like 10k.
Over the past three years, I contributed $5.4k to it directly from my bank account. So post tax income.
I’m finally trying to be more mindful and educated on retirement, but also have come across some need for extra funds.
I’m now realizing that post-tax income should have been going into a Roth IRA, not traditional one.
My question is, can I somehow withdraw those $5.4k without penalty? And if so, what’s the process?
I’ll also be rolling over another old $10k 401k, but this time I’ll be rolling into an existing 401k. Besides the point, but wasn’t sure if it mattered.
