This probably sounds crazy, I mean she's not diagnosed or anything my even my mum agrees?
It's worrying bc her lunch consists of a banana and an 80kcal 0 fat yogurt, sometimes when the banana is 'too big' she'll complain to me and switch it out for a smaller one. Her breakfast is also usually a zero fat yog with a couple nuts or a bit or granola and fruit. She can't even eat a full sandwich because it's too much. I understand that she is older and needs less calories but having to share a prawn meal deal sandwich (the lowest cal option) is not healthy.

My daughter and her friend were eating a breakfast that had veggies. The friend is about 10 and her mom was picking her up and hanging out in the foyer with me beside the dining room. Friend was asking if she needed to eat all of her vegetables, so I very obviously (to me and the girls at least) got jokingly angry and fake-punched the wall saying something like 'you didn't eat all your VEGETABLES'? to which both girls began to laugh, and I immediately, like one second later told them it was fine, took her plate, and sent the girls off with the friend's mom to go wherever they were going. Given that A) I am admittedly angrier than most (No violence, no kid spanking, just loud and think people are trash), B) the girls knew it was a joke and laughed and seemed to felt non-threatened to my perspective, C) the mom of friend also laughed, D) I immediately reinforced that it was a joke and not finishing the veggies was fine, was my behavior toxic? From my perspective it was me making fun of people who get actually angry and punch walls, from MY friend's perspective I was showing the kids anger and bad behavior. IMO the fact that my daughter doesn't get scared when I get loud and punch a wall feels like she (and others) trust me that a joke is a joke and dad wouldn't do that? - Possibly noteworthy - I fake punched a part of the wall with trim, my knuckle caught it and got messed up which is how I told my friend about the situation. Just light and mild enough to make a bit of noise but not damage the sheetrock or anything.

2025.01.22 19:50 weddingbridesmaid AITA for wanting to leave my boyfriend even if im pregnant?
We have been dating for 7 months, I was taking birth control but somehow it still happened, (30m, 20f).
He has been jobless for pretty much the whole time we’ve met, working 1-2 weeks at most at any job he gets hired on. I’ve been trying to help him, motivate him and get him going but this human has zero actual desire of an actual job.
The week I was finally going to leave (since I moved in with him bc his house was closer to my dream job and my apartment was going up in price) I found out I was pregnant. (Currently 14 weeks) Definitely not on my plan. But it still happened.
For some reason this made me a lot more aware of his current situation, and made me think that I actually have a better chance of raising this baby alone than with him, since he has proven multiple times to be dead weight in my life and in my future. So im even more determined to leave, im not scared of doing it alone, I have help, and my salary is average enough to qualify for different help programs which make single parenting a lot easier in my country. I have savings that are currently growing with time.
The difficult part has been finding an 1-2 bedroom apartment that isn’t heavily overpriced. But I am set on my decision.
My boyfriend found out of this, and thinks im the AH for wanting to leave him at his “lowest” but the thing is from what I recently found out from his family is that; he has been like this for almost two years, (I did not know this), and he’s literally leeching off of me and my income, and gets mad at me for wanting to save money instead of spending it on outings or vacations.
So AITA?

i go outside my home everyday(something that im proud of) ;which i didn't do before,but i mostly just go to near places and feed some astray animals,but now after i have mostly distanced from my friends i want to go to places with people,and be willing and actually go to nice places every day or every other one.
tdlr;becoming more extroverted and liking it,but dont have motivation to go to places far (which i know i would like), and distanced for a lot of friends for no reason and want to go out again with them but feel it would be weird(to suddenly change ).
