Ich hatte vor ein paar Tagen ein VorstellungsgesprƤch bei einer Firma mit ca 15 Mitarbeitern. Im GesprƤch haben wir uns auf Anhieb gut verstanden, ich wĆ¼rde behaupten ich habe alle Fragen gut beantwortet und ich hatte eigentlich die ganze Zeit, dass ich sehr gute Chancen auf eine Zusage habe. Mir wurden zB Sachen gesagt wie "Hier kannst du dir dann deinen Kaffee holen", "Hier kannst du dir in der Mittagspause etwas zu Essen holen" etc. Vielleicht interpretiere ich zu viel in solche SƤtze rein, aber sie haben die ganze Zeit so geredet als wƤre ich bereits fester Teil des Teams. Am Ende wurde ich nach meiner Gehaltsvorstellung gefragt, und ich habe mir gedacht, ich poker einfach mal relativ hoch (nicht dreist / Ć¼bertrieb hoch, sondern realistisch, aber hoch). Der Interviewer sagte dann nur "Ok, ist notiert" und ging nicht weiter drauf ein.
Jetzt ist meine Frage: FALLS es zu hoch ist und sie nicht bereit sind das Geld zu zahlen, kommen sie dann nochmal auf mich zu und machen mir ein Gegenangebot, oder kommt dann direkt die Absage, obwohl auĆer dem Gehalt alles gepasst hƤtte?
Ich habe etwas Sorge dass ich mir den Job womƶglich selbst verbockt hab durch meinen hohen Gehaltswunsch.
(Es ist meine erste "richtige" Bewerbungsphase, deshalb bin ich noch etwas unsicher was Gehaltsverhandlungen angeht)

So Iāve been playing a Vicky game on my desktop and have been moving recently, so Iāve only had acess to my laptop in my downtime. My only issue is that nothing will save to the cloud. I hovered over the icon to save and it said the cloud storage is full yet when I load in it doesnāt show that I have any saves on the cloud.
Iāve kinda realized that the cloud storage may be tied to the paradox account not per game so maybe Iāll have to delete saves on other games but Iād love confirmation before downloading and using up my data for a game I wonāt play.

So my originally playthrough I was a technique build and I ended up really liking the dancer handle and the big saw blade. Found the moveset and length of reach nice.
Iāve tried the dragon sword and usually Iād love this kind of weapon but for some reason I donāt love it, specifically the charged strike.
Basically I never parried in my og playthrough until nameless forced me to, so thatās how I want to play this go around. Are there any weapons based on my dancer+saw blade combo you think Iād like? I just want to parry and punish basically, Iām not sure I care if Iām technique or anything, tho I will have to respec if not.
Just finished scrapped watchman btw god damn heās an asshole in NG+

New to the Suits Reddit community, but Iām up to season 8 episode 4 and my god I canāt get through this season. Iām sure this is a common complaint on this page and Iām not the first one to post about it.
Katherine Heiglās character is mind numbingly painful and the show seems to have lost its plot when Mike left. Itās just boring.
Is it worth finishing in your guys opinion? I just donāt know if I can get through this season AND season 9.

Hello, I'm unable to start helldivers 2. I press the green play buttonin steam. The anticheat splash screen shows up. Then the game launches and the entire screen goes black. After a few seconds it crashes and steam crashes too, and I have to restart my pc to start steam again...
I've tried a bunch of different things. I've tried: * verify integrity of files * reinstall * proton experimental, hotfix and version 9 * I deleted the app id folder /home/

2025.01.22 19:56 WisDiego '22 Seltos SX Turbo - DCT Clutch Replacement
I bought my '22 Seltos SX Turbo brand new in 2021. I drive a lot, so I have just rolled over 122K miles.
When I purchased it, I did my research on how to drive without overheating the clutches/transmission. I can count on one hand how many times the trans temperature has risen over halfway up the gauge. Also, it's never gone into the red... it's always stopped just short! Getting stuck in a random traffic jam in 100 degree desert heat on a cross country trip was the only time it got close.
Anyway, over the last year or so I've noticed a shuddering that's getting progressively worse as time & miles add up. I work as a parts guy in a Toyota dealership, so I can have work done at a discount. The question is whether any type of programming is necessary when replacing the dual clutch & release bearing assemblies. Logically, I'd think programming might be necessary if replacing the clutch actuator assembly, but not the others as I believe they're 100% mechanical - not electronic items.
If anyone has any insight into this I'd appreciate the info!

Somehow people got 4-5 items in a room, and they collect them, use them on the dummy, MASSIVE damage. Then they go on and use it in a run.
