Mijn vriendin en ik zijn aan het sparen voor een verbouwing, hier heb ik ook al wat over gepost.
Uiteraard gaan we ook ons best doen zoveel mogelijk geld te sparen om de verbouwing te kunnen bekostigen.
We hebben alles op een rijtje gezet en komen tot de conclusie dat we vrij 'makkelijk' 1500 euro in de maand kunnen sparen. Hier zijn onze 13e maand, hypotheekrenteaftrek en vakantiegeld nog niet eens bij. We zouden dus bijna 2000 per maand kunnen sparen.
Nu vraag ik mij af hoe dit bij anderen gaat... ik hoor veel om me heen dat dingen duur zijn en mensen lastig rondkomen. Daarmee vraag ik me dus oprecht af hoe wij zoveel kunnen sparen... zien we iets over het hoofd?
Ter info; we zijn beide einde twintig, hebben geen kinderen, beide HBO studie gedaan en als 2 jaar aan het werk. We hebben beide een auto, gaan niet vaak uit maar zijn ook niet heel zuinig en genieten prima van het leven.
Hoe gaan jullie om met sparen?

Signed up today to give it a try. In Atlanta on gigabit ethernet. Works great with GFN, wanted to play hogwars legacy. Input lag is ridiculous. Tried fortnite, after 5 minutes of trying to sign in, feels horrible, picture quality was good.
Anyway if your in Atlanta i think the servers are not good and apparently no refund even after 30 mins, 5 which were actually playing anything.

I’m in my garage blasting Alice In Chains, working on a total piece of junk, and hitting “hell yeah”’s at anything you tell me. I’m basically your one stop shop as a friend, I listen, I think I’m pretty interesting, and my life sucks in mostly funny ways.
A piece about me because you’re obviously wondering what a person like me likes to do:
- I love to travel or take road trips (I have a camper, it’s small but the fridge works so the Red Bulls and beer stays ice cold) ( Hell yeah)
- I race dirt bikes and ride my motorcycle whenever I get the chance (hell yeah)
- I’m a natural problem solver, you have a problem, I solve it. I honestly really like trying to figure anything out that comes my way weather it’s a broken down car or your cat is now barking (sort of hell yeah)
- I just started a business as a mechanic about 6 months ago. It’s very very small but hoping to get a larger customer list and be honest with all repairs to save people money because the economy is worse than trying to keep a conversation going with have the people on here (saving money = super hell yeah)
- I’m all for memes, funny pictures, pictures of what you’re doing, pictures of you. I don’t care what it is just send that bad boy over and you’re getting a guaranteed hell yeah from me. Obviously I will send some of the hardest memes back
- if you play video games I do too, but give me some time because like me, I had a beer sitting ON TOP of my PC and spilled it. I will be replacing it asap but video games are not out of the question. ( not my most hell yeah moment)
Look people. Skip the awkward phase and message someone who’s going to be yapping away immediately like we’ve been friends since the second grade. We can jump on discord and send voice messages if that’s how you roll.

I'm sorry if this has been asked before but I'm having a hard time understanding what to do next. I had years of PSLF eligible employment before my grad loans so I consolidated and those years counted thankfully. I have an undergrad consolidated loan and grad consolidated loan through studentaid.gov/MOHELA. I signed up for SAVE right before it was put on hold so I'm on forbearance right now. I think I wrongly assumed I could just buy back these months but the PSLF buy back FAQ makes it sound like consolidated loans can't be bought back. Did I mess up? Can I not buy back these months in forbearance once I hit 120 mos? If so does that mean I need to reapply for IDR and pick another plan? Thank you!

Last night i finished configuring my library from DMM to zurg + plex. it takes a while to update the library but everything seems to be working fine, BUT:
Is there a way to get auto-subs or even subs 'addon' (like in kodi) when I play stuff with plex?
I've seen posts about this on other sub and people talk about using radarsonarr, but does it work with DMM + zurg + plex, since I won't be watching downloaded content but streaming from DMM cloud?
I'm totally newbie regarding those things btw, took me help from chatgpt to proper use powershell to set up zurg working lmao

I have been on carnivore for 29 days now and I’m loving the journey. However I have a 3 day long physical screening test coming in 2 weeks that involves swimming and running along with calisthenics and I’m not sure if I should continue my diet or take a pause and come back to it after my screener, so that I can perform at my peak. I feel like my body is still adapting so I get fatigued easier. I want to stay the course but I also don’t want to fail this test. Anyone have an experience like this before?

My standards are the TaiwanGun FN Herstal Cybergun SCAR-L with CYMA Platinum Gearbox, Deans Battery, quick change spring, half metal / poly receiver build.
Is the Cybergun SCAR-L from Evike or AirsoftStation good options despite not explicitly saying they have a CYMA Platinum gearbox or quick change spring system (though the OEM is Cyma and has a full metal V2 gearbox), or do I buy a different one?

The SCAR-L from TaiwanGun was my best option, but i couldn't buy it due to licensing issues stopping shipping to the US.
