 | Yo HF fans! I too got lucky with coping this tool at around $150 vs the $249 orange tag vs the $349 retail price. I'm not too knowledgeable with miter saws, so I come asking all y'all who have any info who can share what I should be looking out for during these next 4 days while still within in the return window. My understanding with the orange tag is that it was sent back to the manufacturer to inspect, repair, and then a final inspection before it was sent out for resale. For now, it does turn on based in the lighting it emits and the blade spins fiercely when pulling that trigger. I think I noticed a single spark or burnt kindle fly out and so I stopped messing with it for now. Not sure if maybe there's some saw to metal contact going on in the saw housing. Good afternoon friends.
I'm trying to figure out how to teleport my buddies to my location to streamline gameplay if a friend joins late or something like that and we're mid-adventure...
According to my research this is the console command: Teleport [playerid] X Y Z
I went to steamid.uk and had my friend copy all his info over.
I've tried for example:
Teleport {(SteamID), (Steam3), (Community ID) (And even CSGO FriendID)} -1190.3 45.7 179.7
All of the above infos that I listed in parentheses I've tried individually, not at the same time obviously. I am getting a failure each time that I try and execute the command via the console.
Anyone have an idea of what I'm doing wrong?

Hi all,
I'm doing an intro-level economics course right now and have also done a similar course in the past. We're covering supply and demand curves at the moment but there's something about demand curves that doesn't sit right with me and I was wondering if there's already an economic concept that covers this, or if I'm entirely missing the point.
Basically, from what I can gather about demand curves and Willingness to Pay, people will have a certain WTP and will increase their demand for something based on how many of those things they can afford. So for example, if their WTP for an item was $50 and the price of said item was $25, they'd be willing to buy 2 of that item.
However, people tend to have hard limits on many things. For example, toasters. People usually only ever buy one toaster. If their WTP for a toaster was $50, and they see toasters on sale for $25, they're still only every going to buy one toaster despite being able to afford 2. Even if the toaster was $1, they'll only ever buy 1, not 50. The WTP affects whether or not they'd buy a toaster at all, but their individual demand is limited. How would you chart that?
I asked our lecturer about it and he said to think more of things like potatoes where you would likely buy higher quantities, but that still doesn't satisfy me. There's gonna be an upper limit to how many potatoes you're willing to buy regardless. You're willing to buy a kilo of potatoes for $50, but will only need that one kilo because you'd be wasting money (and potatoes) if if you bought more than one kilo. Potatoes are going for $25 a kilo, which in the conventional example would mean you'd buy 2 kilos. But you don't want to waste money, so you just buy one kilo and have $25 spare to do whatever you want.
Is the demand calculated on how many of a certain thing you're likely to sell given certain prices and WTPs? EVen if everyone that's going to buy is only going to buy one of the thing regardless of their individual WTP? Do demand curves account for this kind of binary "either the sale happens or it doesn't"?

Hello to all,
Recently merged from P3D to MSFS 2020.
Here are my specs :
- Intel(R) Core (TM) i5-900F CPU @ 2.90GHz
- RAM 16GB
- GPU Nvidia GeForce RTX 4060
I’d like to purchase the Fenix A320, but having a tight budget for flightsimming and them not doing refunds, I don’t know if I should take the leap or not.
I don’t know if exclusively the A380 is causing the shitty performance and I’ll be fine with the 320, or if it’s my rig and I’ll experience the same with the A320.
How’s the Fenix been treating you performance wise? Many thanks.

Hey guys just wanted some clarification on something before I put my foot down with the landlords.
We moved into our flat on the 17th November 2015, so we've lived here for over 9 years and at some point the rent date was pushed back from the 17th to the 20th every month, can't quite remember when or why as my bank statements don't go past 2020, but there's 4 years worth of proof that we've been paying our rent on the 20th each month.
We have finally gotten to the point where we can buy our own house so we gave the landlord our months notice on the 16th of January, and it clearly states in our original agreement that we need to give one month's notice from the rent date which would mean 20th Jan to 19th Feb.
However the landlord posted a letter through today confirming that they've accepted the notice and what we need to do/clean etc, but they put that due to our tenancy starting on the 17th we have until the 16th of Feb but their more than happy to let us have the extra 3 days if we need it for £69.
We have no proof of the date change other than 4 years worth of bank statements so where do we stand with this? Are we within our rights to say if they want us out early they'll need to pay us back £69 from the rent?
We're on fairly good terms with them but this just really rubbed me up the wrong way and I don't want them to feel like their doing us a favour if their forcing us to move out sooner than we have to.

I’m starting work at a hospital soon, and I’ll likely finally have access to medical benefits that will allow me to treat my jaw.
I struggle with jaw pain that impacts my ability to chew and eat. My migraines make it worse. The issue is that my jaw pain started from a hanging attempt back when I was 15, and it has progressively gotten worse ever since.
I’d really rather not bring it up to a doctor I’ll likely have to see every so often at work. Even if it doesn’t impact my job on paper, I don’t want anyone knowing my past mental health issues. If it gets brought up, what cover story can I use?

I live in Provo and I'm starting to feel completely isolated. I'm a stay at home mom to a 12 month old boy and I have no friends in the area. I feel like any perspective friends see me as a missionary opportunity for themselves and it leaves me feeling really crappy that they couldn't possibly want to just be my friend for me and once I make it clear I will not be converted they disappear. I am disabled and don't drive so that further adds to my isolation. I came close to making friends in the non-LDS mom's group on Facebook a few times but I was always the one reaching out and that didn't feel great either. I don't know why I'm writing this honestly. I'm just so lonely. I'm worried it'll start to affect my little boy soon. I would literally sacrifice a limb for a friend nearby that just was okay with me not being their religion. Is it even a possibility in Provo? I cried to my husband for an hour last night. It makes me want to leave Provo but his job is here and it's not exactly in our budget to just up and move because I'm feeling pathetic. I see groups of moms with babies near mines age at the park next door and hope for interaction but it's like they can tell I'm not one of them and they are standoffish if not outright rude.
How do you handle isolation? I feel like I'm going to spiral into a depression because of it. Is there any community here for non Mormons or am I just stuck?

This probably gets asked a lot but I'm brand new to online. I've been trying to do the main story missions but as most will probably know you need 2 people in order to do the missions. Ive tried matchmaking multiple times the past few days with 0 luck. I know I can quick join missions but I need to do a story mission before I'm able to do that. Is there any alternatives to progressing in the game other then by doing the story missions? Or does anyone have any tips to potentially being able to match make on the story missions?
