SW: 257.7 CW: 235 - 26f with PCOS
About mid-November I had hit 20lbs lost after only starting in Mid-October. I was thrilled! At first it felt like the weight was just dropping off. I had been going to weight training classes twice a week with my mom for about a month prior to starting and maintained this through right before Christmas (lots of holiday gym closures). Right at the EOY I went to an urgent care after 5 days of Charley horse pain and come to find out that I have a blood clot in the small vein of my left calf. I’ve been on hormonal birth control for 10 yrs at this point because of my PCOS diagnosis. I had zero idea estrogen could be a blood clot cause, so initially I was terrified the Drs would take me off of sema. Luckily they did not, but now I’m adjusting to blood thinner medication, and not being on birth control for the first time in a decade.
I’ve lost maybe another 1-3lbs since hitting the 20lb mark, but it’s hard to know as that number will go down, then up, then down, etc. but never above 237 (thankfully!). Initially I reacted very strongly to even 5 units of sema, I had no appetite for about 2 weeks, and then had to slowly introduce foods but was often nauseous. Now I feel like my hunger has come back almost fully, and I’m still not losing any weight. I was definitely eating more sugar with the holidays (and my birthday being early January). I paused my classes due to nerves about being too aggressive with my blood clot and it dislodging, but I’ve been doing cardio about 2-4 days the last 2 weeks. I’m at 15 units now, my first 15 unit dose was 1/16 (before that was 2 weeks at 12 units and then at least 10 weeks of 10 units). I realize that I’m on a really low dosage still, and that I should be kind to my body with how much is going on and medications being added and subtracted. But I’m really discouraged right now. I’m feeling stuck and nervous that this will not work for me. Anyone have similar experiences with hitting a slump or having symptoms subside?
Ps- just started my cycle again yesterday and taking a blood thinner while having a period is awful.

Found a match doing void cascade runs and the strange thing was that a player had a DE glyph. Both me and one of our teamates must of though the same thing and he asked (in squad) if he worked for DE or how they got the glyph. They responded saying yes, but I wasn't sure about it as most DE devs have [DE] then their name (he didn't). We all cracked our relics and he got a zephyr prime bp so we all chose it as a reward and he decided to leave but not immediately. He left as soon as the rest of us were about to crack our next set of relics, then host disconnected. I get a notification on my inbox and ordis recovered a okina prime blade instead of the aforementioned blueprint.

Called 611 re a billing error, expecting no help after reading this subreddit. But no, they fixed the bill and even called me back within 24 hours to confirm that the matter is taken care of. Yeah she had a slight accent so they're probably outsourced, but they solved the issue and I got my refund, so one point for Tmobile!
(The issue was the $10 discount for autopay. I gave them my debit card number a couple of weeks ago, which should result in a $10/mo reduction on my bill, but I didn't see that reduction. It was basically a race condition (timing issue): my bill was calculated shortly after they got my debit card number, so it looked like I'd have to pay the higher amount. But no they refunded me the $10. Good luck doing that kind of thing with ATT or VZW)

I’m struggling here. I downloaded the game on the App Store on mobile apparently when the game was shut down for the big update and it wouldn’t work. I would just get a black screen and then get immediately kicked out so I waited for the servers to be back and maybe it would work. And it didn’t. I updated my device, restarted, redownloaded, NOTHING! Now im starting to think I got a host issue from this tik tok ban that might of affected zzz aswell.
