Me terminé de armar mi primer pc, al fin puedo jugar muchos de los juegos que tenía comprados en steam jajaja
Pero tengo una duda, es preferible jujgar con mouse/teclado? O con control? Si es así, tienen alguna recomendación? algo que sea duradero, no me interesa tanto que sea lo mejor del mercado.
Pregunto para juegos tipo DMC, Tomb Raider, Uncharted, etc.

Hi All, I work IT for my company and I have been tasked with getting a live streaming capable setup in place for each of our six locations. The hardware does NOT need to play games or do any heavy lifting, the streams will strictly be camera capture and application content such as presentations / video playback. We also do not intend to keep a local copy of the stream so no recording either. Currently our permanent equipment setups are controlled by four year old mini PCs with quad core Intel i5-7500T CPU, and portable setups are using about the same age Dell Latitude 3420 laptops. We are currently refreshing our laptop inventory with machines that have Intel Core i5-1335U (2 Pcore 4.6Ghz 8 Ecore 3.4Ghz) and 16gb RAM. Livestreaming is something I have not touched before, will our new laptops be able to push a 1080p60fps stream to YouTube? No dedicated GPU but no need for game rendering so it should be fine?

Minha cunhada surtou, viajamos com ela para a praia, não quisemos acompanhar ela um dia depois de termos ido juntos para o mar 3 dias seguidos e ela cancelou a viagem, nos xingou, me chamou de nada e foi muito agressiva.
Nós voltamos de uber para evitar o clima que ficaria no carro, mas agora ela está surtando com meu namorado que somos egoístas, que não vai olhar mais na nossa cara e está nos queimando com toda a família. Mas eu queria ter certeza, sou babaca por não ter acompanhado ela na praia um dia para irmos para outro lugar?
P.S: Ela tem 38 anos tá, não é criança nem adolescente.

2025.01.22 23:05 Beginning_Bit_6318 TTT tomorrow and I’m nervous
I go in tomorrow morning, and I’m nervousss. The hospital called and gave me information and they said they recommend a driver, but at my cardiologist appointment the nurse explaining the procedure to me told me I don’t need one. I have never fainted, so I’m assuming I’ll be able to drive myself. I’ve just read and heard about horror stories lately and that’s what’s making me nervous. I don’t want to get the medication that I see people get to experience more symptoms. But I did mention I don’t have the symptoms everytime I stand so I’m assuming they’ll give me it🤦🏼♀️ can I just tell them I don’t want to take it? Any advice and tips would be appreciated! Thanks!

2025.01.22 23:05 WiggleFriend Doc- elevated CRP is not a symptom of fibromyalgia.
This is a new rheumatologist. She heard I had fibromyalgia and elevated crp and wanted to test me for arthritis again. I told her I've been tested. Along with other tests like lupus, ms, etc. But since my muscle stiffness gets better with movement sometimes and the elevated crp she believes it's something else. Like it's arthritis. I had 20 xrays yesterday and 10 tubes of blood. And she stuck me on prednisone. Today is day one. But I'm sweating profusely pain is less my spine does still hurt.
But when I asked her why did all my other doctors (I've had atleast 6) say elevated crp is apart of fibromyalgia. Just just said idk. I've even had one doctor that studied in Japan and went to special classes on it. I can even google and it says fibromyalgia has elevated crp. And they don't know why. But shit insists it's not a inflammatory disease.
Her bio even says she keeps up to date on new studies. And I'm kinda wondering if that's a lie.
I'm trying the prednisone just cause that's my option right now. But I'm still just wondering if I should just give up with these doctors and keep on the gabapentin treatment cause that's all that's worked even partly.
Because this is my last option in this area besides medical tourism. And man that is looking like a better option every day. Even with no money and Agoraphobia.... I'm desperate
