Hello Fellas, Need some help here. I am a planet fitness member since April 2024. I have paid every membership fee on time. I had my primary payment method as my CIBC chequing account and a different Credit Card as a backup payment method. I closed my CIBC bank account 1.5 months ago. So i asked PF employee at the gym about this ‘whether it will charge my Backup payment method automatically or if i need to do anything?’ She answered, it will automatically be charged and i do not need to do anything. I even showed her my phone screen where it shows primary payment and backup method to make sure we are talking about same thing. She again confirmed with “Yes”. I tried to add my other back account from tangerine and Wealthsimple Cash, but PF app declined both.
But, 2 days ago when i got into gym it showed me that i have an overdue payment of monthly fee + $25 late payment fee. It showed that they only tried to charge primary payment method and it did not try to charge backup payment method. I asked Assistant manager(AM) at the gym, and she said “she cannot remove the late payment fee.” I told her that “I confirmed this specific information more than a month ago so this this issue does not occur.” AM said “there is no record about that on my account.” Which make sense bcz according to me when i asked this question to an employee, that seemed very general query which they should be able to answer right away without putting any notes about it on my account (which is exactly what that employee did). She said they cannot remove the charge and said they i can pay just monthly fee and not pay $25 late fee and i can still sign in to gym without any problem.. so i payed the fee for 17 Jan to 17 Feb 2025 month and it allowed me to scan with QR code after that. But after few hours I started to get the popups again asking me to pay otherwise i cannot Sign-in to GYM bcz it will not open the QR code. AM told me to email the whole situation at [email protected] so that Manager can see it and maybe do something about it. But i am getting no reply from that email at all. There is no contact information for Planet Fitness directly (Customer Service) or to escalate it to someone who can remove this charge.
What can i do in this case as this charge is bcz i was provided wrong info. And there is no Customer Service contact number. And GYM AM says they can’t remove it and also took Whole next month fee and app still doesn’t allow me to check-in.

Prediction's For This Year's Valentine Next Kanade's mixed event is finally out! With that on mind, there is a still a question left for this month: Who are going to feature this year's Valentine's Day?
My personal theory is that we are going to have a ShizuMafu event, and here I am going to explain why:
Sega's tradition is to use girls to feature Valentine's Day, while using boys to feature White's Day. Since the release of the game, we have had these three sets:
Secret ♡ Teatime Gacha: • Emu • Saki • Airi
Sweet Cute Valentine! Gacha: • Nene • Kanade • Ichika
Photogenic ♡ Valentine Gacha: • Ena • Kohane • Haruka
This means that we can discard the previous mentioned characters from our possible candidate's list, and since we are more likely having girls this year, we can suppose that they could be any of the following:
  • Shiho
  • Honami
  • An
  • Mizuki
  • Mafuyu
  • Shizuku
  • Minori
Other important factor to consider is the fact that they don't use characters from the same unit on the banner, and that they choose characters that have some kind of relationship with each other:
Saki's is one of Airi's fans, and she is also sister of one of the members of Wonderlands X Showtime (which means that she sees Emu performing with Tsukasa in certain occasions)
Nene teaches Ichika how to sing, and Ichika also learns how to compose songs with Kanade.
While this one is a bit more complex, Ena certainly knows Haruka because she sees MMJ transmission sometimes (She is Airi's Best Friend), and Haruka knows Kohane as well due to being An's (her best friend) partner.
With this on mind, we can suppose that these are the most likely lineups (without counting vocaloids, because they are going to have to feature the female vs eventually) :
