This is regarding an employment contract. The section on promotions lists the following requirements:
A B C D
For the last several years they have been promoting based on A,B and C. But not D. D adds months of work even if you've achieved the others.
There are numerous people who have completed ABC and were expecting to be promoted in March.
Requirement D has not been used in anyone's memory. Employees, and Managers were not familiar with D.
Is this grounds for an Estoppel? As in D had been excluded from use for so long that a new standard of practice was created?

I’m trying to learn the family tree of the Plantagenets with each ruling monarch, I eventually want to do each dynasty and how they all connect to each other. It’s definitely not easy, the names confuse me tons!
I kind of worked my way up starting with Henry VIII. It kind of helped that there was that the Tudors show so it helped with putting faces to names.
I know Henry Bolingbroke usurped the throne from Richard II bc Richard wasn’t a good king, but then he ends up being a crappy king?
This is where I am getting confused, so Percy helped Henry over throw Richard, but then Percy through marriage becomes connected to Richard’s heir Mortimer and eventually falls out with Henry? Who was the baby that parliament skipped over for Henry?
Im probably chopping this all up….was he a worse king than Richard?

Shows like Vetted, Psicoactivo, Kristian Harloff, Nightshift, and others have mentioned being aware of this project for at least a year. Maybe you’ve heard about it elsewhere too.
The point is, rumors have been circulating for over a year that this documentary will feature incontrovertible evidence. Some podcasters have even speculated about HD footage of a craft. It could be the infamous 23-minute video mentioned by Lue Elizondo, the massive triangle emerging from the ocean teased by Knapp, or something completely new we’ve never heard of.
But here’s my question: if Dan Farrah and the creators actually have evidence that would forever change how we view and accept the phenomenon, have they been sitting on it for two years? Like, WTF. This would mean that most of the people involved in the documentary know about the existence of such evidence and have kept it hidden purely for profit.
Honestly, we shouldn’t fall into absurd hype because, let’s face it, these things often don’t deliver—just look at Ross Coulthart. The idea that someone could have undeniable evidence of the phenomenon and keep it hidden for a documentary release feels ridiculous to me.
What do you all think? Could this documentary really deliver something groundbreaking, or are we being strung along again? And if they do have irrefutable evidence, what does it say about the ethics of sitting on such information for years?

Graphics/art style: Mario & Luigi use their sprites from Superstar Saga. The battle itself takes place in an underground piped area. I think they're standing on SMB3 All-Stars wooden hard blocks.
Notable characters: Mario, Luigi, Goombas(?)
Notable gameplay mechanics: You play as Mario & Luigi; they're on the right side of the screen in the first game. The last game has you on the left instead, with I think Bowser having joined the bros.
It plays similarly to a JRPG and other flash RPGs, with Luigi having a shell special move. I think the first game has you fighting three goombas.
Other details: The story spanned across multiple games with each game I think being just a battle with cutscenes before and after the battle. I'm not sure how many games there are. I think each game started with curtains opening.
The battle theme for at least the first game, is a remix of the SMB overworld theme.

Its just me, my partner and baby. Nobody to help me. I didn't get the chance to recover from birth. My partner went to the gym today saying he needs to take care of himself. We didn't sleep much since baby is here but it is me who is awake doing everything for the baby and letting my partner sleep. He is already making fun of my body as i got water retention post birth and other comments like how i will have to stay home all day, this is my life now etc.
I don't mind him going to the gym but what's the rush, I feel scared being alone with the baby, what if something happens, who will be there to help me? Also i am barely getting 2 hours a sleep, when he left I couldn't sleep, baby needed to be changed and fed.
I don't know if im being dramatic, but we got a home gym too. Im hurting inside but out too. My back is killing me from bf the baby, im having sleep paralysis and im extremely weak. Idk, what to do?

Ok so I figured I’d hook my EAD 10 to my PA and keep it at low volume so my family could hear what’s going on (still not sure you can even do that) instead of them just hearing me bang around on the drums. So I found an old guitar chord and hooked it up from the output on EAD (tried both outputs on EAD) and guitar and mic in on my PA. Boy did I get a rude awakening! My PA made the most loudest nastiest sounding feedback I’ve ever heard from anything in my life! And I smelt fire and it was smoking! Not really mad about that I have a lot of others. But what did I do wrong? What went wrong? I’m guessing you’re not able to have any audio come out of the EAD through a PA or speaker via the outputs? Or no? I’m not sure. Does anyone know what’s going on or what happened?
