I’m looking for advice and constructive criticism, please.
I’m currently working in retail management as an assistant store manager at a Circle K. I’m finally starting to get my life together at 23 and I’m researching transitioning into the safety field, specifically occupational safety and health.
I’m working on my OSHA 10 outreach currently. I will be doing the OSHA 30 in the next few months. By no means am I expecting to use these to land a job in the safety field, I’m using them as an entry point for learning.
I have 21 months of supervisory experience and I am planning to sit for the STS exam when I hit the 24 months of supervisory experience.
I am applying for the bachelor’s of Occupational Safety and Health program at Columbia Southern University. I have seen the mixed reviews on this sub, but CSU is what works for me in my current circumstances. I aged out of foster care and qualify for max Pell Grants, which could cover 100% of CSU’s low tuition. Circle K is one of their learning partners, so I qualify for a scholarship that could cover up to 60 credit hours as well. Asynchronous learning is a must because of my changing work schedule.
While working on my degree, I am hoping to gain safety experience at Circle K. Corporate is rolling out the position of “Safety Captain” in every store. I was named as my store’s person and I’m planning to work with my district manager and HR manager on what exactly this position will entail and if it’s going to be enough to count as safety experience.
I haven’t committed to anything rigid beyond that. A lot can happen in four years.
Please critique my plan, let me know what I can or should do differently, or if I’m on somewhat of the right track. All I ask is that you be kind in your response.

Hello! So basically I (16f) like a boy in my class. The only thing is that he's really shy, and I am too. Also we both have no relationship knowledge and are inexperienced. We only really talk in class and I think the conversations are good. I laugh at his jokes and we agree on a good amount of topics. He doesn't really talk to other girls and like I said earlier he's INSANELY shy. Although he's been doing some things that make me feel like he might like me: - he moved his seat to sit closer to me - we make a lot of eye contact especially when passing eachother in halls - he's constantly listening into my fiend and mine conversations (not in a creepy way. I find it endearing because he thinks we can't tell) - we have similar music taste so sometimes he'll sing songs out loud. I think he's hoping I'll recognize them and make conversation more. - today he turned off my computer (very middle schoolish I know, but my male friend said he probably likes me since he's a nerd and that's his way of teasing me) - he remembers small details about me - I have not changed my hallway route, but I start to see him more. Maybe it's because I'm looking for him more now or cause he changed his route?!
There's more but I fear if he reads this (I'm not sure if he has Reddit or not) he'll know who I am. Anyways I'm not sure if he likes me, and if he does why will he not ask for my number or made a move. I purposely try to make it obvious that I like him (staring at him, teasing him, laughing at his jokes, find excuses to talk to him). Although, I know boys can be oblivious.
What can I do to make it more obvious that I like him without flat out telling him. I had a bad experience confessing last year and I lost someone who I could've been friends with. How could I get his number? Also neither of us have social media.

While playing for the first time today since version 1.0, I realized my pickaxe and scythe had downgraded from obsidian quality to silver quality. I also lost some lab research progress. Is there any way to recover what I lost? I figured this all out after a day had passed, so my game has saved.
I'm not 100% sure what all I lost. However, I am confident about my pickaxe and scythe getting weaker. I had finished both the mines and underwater when I was playing 1.0, and I know I upgraded those all the way to do so. I am not patient enough to slog through the entire underwater area with a silver scythe. I am also pretty sure I lost at least one lab crafting blueprint. Today I researched the temperature moderator for my barn and coop. I made one more so I'd have one for both buildings, but when I went to put them in there, I realized they both already had one. Maybe I got these two from somewhere else, but I don't think so.

Hello all, I’m running a Quest 3S with a link cable connecting to my pc and something strange has happened. Just wanted to document it in case anyone else had the same issue.
Following my download of the new v72 software update, any and all attempts to access pc link have been met with no response on the side of both the pc and the hmd. Considering the headset starts charging and prompts me to allow usb based file access, I doubt the issue comes from the cable.
The hours before I downloaded the update I was able to run both VRChat and Beat Saber over pcvr. It’s possible I caused the issue messing with some settings in the debug menu, gonna look over that tomorrow. This issue only persists with one computer and stops me from using air link too.
Specs :
Rx 580 8GB vram
Ryzen 7 2700X
32 Gigs of Ram
Tldr: pc link no work plz help
