I work for a large corporation. I am on a small team. One new co worker is being extremely aggressive with me, out of the blue. Disrespectful. When I correct him, this is a major trigger. He tells our boss he is afraid of me, but I have not been aggressive with him. It's over the top. My job pays for my degree, so I am invested here, but I don't think I have any support from my immediate manager or the other teammate that sees this happening. Another team member was also treating me different when I joined the team, but after meeting with HR several times about her, she seems better. I don't want to think this is a race issue, but I clearly noticed differences in how I am treated.
I reached out to my boss last week, but it felt like she thought this issue was only two people that don't get along. I'd much more to that, to me. I am in my 40s. Always a mediator everywhere I work, and now I am 5 classes away from my Masters in HR. I am very well versed in conflict resolution. It may take me to get aggressive right back, but idk....

Hello Albuquerque Redditors,
I’m hoping somehow this post will help, my son works at Coronado Mall, is a student, and got off his shift and his 1992 JEEP CHEROKEE 4D LAREDO Dark Red was stolen. He’s still there waiting for the police, and they have security footage. He puts a steering lock on the car, it was stolen in the last four hours because he was on break in it just chilling. The Jeep is special because his 80 yo Grandpa (my dad) fixed it up and worked on it for him for a year before giving it to him for Graduation from Sandia High two years ago. My Dad is a disabled Veteran and he was so proud to give him the car, so it means a lot to us. I’m a single mom and my son is paying his way through college. If anyone has any information or sees this Jeep, please help us out. I know it’s just a Jeep and this world is going crazy but it really means a lot to us, and my son, he’s the best and I’m so proud of him. I uploaded some pics of the Jeep, the last one is the day he got it and drove it home, he was so proud and happy. Thank you for reading this, and he will probably hate that I posted this, but, I’m a mom, so.... hope someone can help!

So I 26 F got married to 29 M eleven months ago (it was long distance marriage) we had our ups and down, mostly I was apologetic and taking initiatives in relationship. Was responsive, appreciative of him feeding me dinner, taking me out for being there, surprisd him on his birthday, was obedient, fiercely loyal, never ignored him, honest and always followed through whatever I said. He still dumped me saying that I wasn't affectionate (I wasn't verbally romantic as I was shy he also never praised me instead talked negatively about my personality all the time). I asked for a single and first chance, he didn't agree and without any ultimatum took decision if divorce. Though I miss him at times, but only after three months no contact I am getting my functionalilty back as 90%. Is this normal? I see people crying over divorce and breakups it does feel heavy at times, but I don't understand how I am healing that quickly

2025.01.23 05:05 sxtjvr Blocked/Removed Device Recovery
Hey All - Got a situation where I blocked and removed my ESXi host from my UDM SE. (4.1.13) Figured there’s a Blocked/Removed list and I could recover it but turns out that’s not a thing. I attempted to re-add via Mac Address while it did get added the host did “show” up it is still stuck as offline. Switched ports, changed IPs and tried a new NIC but nothing worked. Tried adding via mac address on Web, block on mobile, then unblocking in Web again but no go. Rebooted my AP (Not where it’s connected) and my UDM but still nothing.

To note: The host is still accessible via the assigned static IP. I am using 10.0.0.152 for it but no data is being captured and it is showing “offline.” Yes the port is active and I tried enabling/disabling it. VMs populate just fine but the ESXi host does not.
