There was a video (maybe a Demo Disk) where they played an Air Traffic Control game. It had weird booting issues and then not only the launcher but the entire desktop screen just slowly melted to the bottom of the screen and then booted up just fine. It was hilarious and I can’t find it again.

I just finished the NHS C25K program for the 4th time! Last time I completed it I carried on running and could run for 1hr straight. However, college got really stressful so I stopped exercising for a year. Even though I've done it so many times before, I've just completed it again! You can do it too.

Does anyone out there know how old one had to be when they received their temple ordinances in early church history? I was endowed when I was a 19F . I was extremely freaked out and very uncomfortable with it. I felt betrayed that I was given no indication of what was going to happen because it was “secret and special”. To include some context it was back in 2003 when you were completely naked and under a poncho for washing and anointing. I just found out that washings were done naked in a bathtub at that time period, which was shocking to say the least. If girls as young as 14 were being married off I’m assuming they were receiving their temple ordinances at this age as well? I have a 13 year and 16 year old, so it’s putting everything into context for me and I just can’t shake the knot it puts in my stomach of what that must have been like for those poor babies and what they endured. Being scared and naked, in a bathtub; getting washed by a complete stranger and then given to man that was sometimes 3x their age.

I can't remember my GCSEs and I did poorly in my A-Levels went to university and got a third. Regret most of my last 15 years and wish I could go back in time but I can't.
My wife is a teacher and is our primary provider, I was working the past 6 years as a night porter in a hotel but it went under in May.
Been working as a Mobility Sales Advisor in the Care industry since June and while it's only 25hrs + commission I have matched or outperformed the full timers on most months so I feel I have a knack for it.
However, I need to find a way to get back into full time work as me and the wife want to look at moving into a house rather than a flat and having children, I just don't know what to do with myself, spend most days feeling like a failure.
Learning to drive from next week which I've put off for too long so I am hoping that gives me more opportunities.

Hi, my sister seems to remember a castaway insisting everyone spell their name right, and then getting pissed off when people kept spelling it wrong.
I'm assuming it was from an older school season, as she has not seen most of the new school or new era ones. The only person I can think of is Cydney from Kaoh Rong, but 'm not even sure if she has seen that season. Other than that, I'm at a loss!
Way too many survivors get their names spelt wrong so it's hard to narrow down who she may be thinking of. Any ideas?

What I have read and understood emotional intelligence to be - before I came to this sub- is that it is how we control our own emotions. How we are in charge of our own emotions and don’t let them overcome us.
But I keep seeing references in this sub to interpretation other people’s emotions and guessing what they are feeling.
Can anyone shed some light here? I am really confused now

I’ve heard that there are set ups where SmartThings is used as your Z wave and Zigby controller and the device devices are captured from SmartThings into home, assistant or home assistant can control everything.
Does anyone have any experience with this set up? Does it still work?
