Hi there, I've been playing marvel rivals on an Ethernet connection for a week or two and ran into no issues whatsoever as far as internet connection goes but as of a day ago, I lag out of every game I play. Usually I don't even get to see the spawn room before lagging out, but I'm able to load back in just fine. I also can't use he practice range for more than a couple seconds without being unable to move and get dced. I ran an internet speed test and have 483 mb per second upload (college WiFi) and 100 mb per second download. I also used to network diagnostics tool to help me figure this out and everything was green. Anyone able to help? I'm going through withdrawals without this game fr.

I recently upgraded my parents wifi to 1gb fiber and bought 3 XE75pros for their house. However I noticed speeds were extremely slow even when right next to the main router plugged into the modem. I started reading and saw that most people have speed issues with the XE75 Pros. I'm looking to return them but was hoping that you might have some advice on alternative setups for the best bang for my buck?

2025.01.23 19:00 Amazing-Yab Gluten challenge followed by biopsy – how can I ensure enough samples are taken?

I've been strictly gluten-free without cross-contact for eight years, under strong suspicion of celiac, and finally decided to move forward with a gluten challenge to either get a formal diagnosis or rule it out. I feel confident that this is the right decision for me, but if I'm going to go through with it, I want to make sure the testing is conclusive. :)
I have my endoscopy scheduled (and will also do blood work at the end of the gluten challenge). I've read that 6 samples from the descending duodenum and the duodenal bulb is the gold standard for the biopsy, but I've also read that it's common for not enough samples to be taken. The GI performing my endoscopy was randomly assigned to me for the procedure and doesn't specialize in celiac specifically, but she is a clinical assistant professor at a university hospital who has been practicing for a little more than a decade.
Is there a way to ensure enough samples are taken (will I have the opportunity to ask about that before the procedure?). Would also love any input from people who have had their biopsies recently, re: how many samples were taken. Thanks so much!

In need of advice. I am a current HS student who is potentially interested in going to medical school to become a surgeon of some kind. The problem is I am a very B Avg student. 3.0 First year, 3.2 Second year. (B in Algebra, geom, chem and bio 🙄. I know that this will not be good enough in undergrad. How can I build study habits? I am taking a first AP class (Psychology) which I would love to get an A in but need a change and I don't know where to start. I have a bit of laziness and trouble paying attention which is a problem. Any advice or suggestions are appreciated!
