Greetings everyone.
Okay, have a brother who was the trustee of my father's estate for 27 years. He recently had a stroke and is incapacitated. He's a notorious controlling figure who wouldn't show anyone the trust or will which stated that the 9 heirs shall equally split the estate. We had 10 apartments, 3 house and a piece of land we rented. Included in the estate is the family home, part home of Successor Trustee and a vacant property. No one has seen any rental income nor any accounting for the 27 years my brother has been trustee. I forced him to sell of some rental incomes. Some heirs did not receive their share. I tried to be of help to everyone, but my brother convinced them that I was "against the family" by suing him to comply.
I've already went through the legal channels. We settled for a small sum of which he still hasn't paid off nearly 20 years later.
Note: my father originally wanted me to run his estate considering I'm the only educated one in the family that has a real estate license and has done property management for 18 years. I believe my brother forged signatures making him trustee. He's dirty that way.
Estate and trust was established in San Diego County.

Kinda funny how easy they made it to unlock all the current animation overrides. The last time I remember this event you need like a few tokens for each and now it's just one. If it was always like this, I wouldn't mind TH. But of course, then all the tokens would be super cheap and whales would have no reason to buy keys.
I actually love cosmetics in this game. I wish this game focused even more on them. So many things you can't wear because it won't clip right, etc. The walk animation, especially, need a lot of work. I'd pay $20 (in runecoins?) for a walking animation that didn't look like crap and changed combat animations. "Skins" like that would be preferable to me. Tokens that drop when you kill bosses would be even better... Combat animation overrides, when?
