I’d like to chime in here as someone who is going through this. I’m not paranoid or schizophrenic and I agree with you that a lot of these people are.
But there is some weird program going on with regular citizens using modular headlights to stalk and harass other vehicles (see Azoth the monk on YouTube). They also use triple digit registration plates often.
Revenge for hire also exists (see eBay stalking scandal on YouTube) it works kind of like that.

Unfortunately for my gangstalkers I’m still mentally sane and I have dash cam footage of them. Though I understand why some people end up breaking down and thinking that everyone is out to get them. I don’t feel that way at all. I’m one of the sane ones.
Other targeted individuals get upset when I tell them that “Direct Energy Weapons” and “Voice To Skull” and “mind reading technology” are fake.
Let’s be real, it’s probably the government doing this or people who work for them and have gone rogue. It will all come out in due time like Snowden and Assange.

I have a demat account in morgan stanley (my company opened it for me 2 years back), now I'm planning to sell some shares and want to have that money in my HDFC bank account.
There is a system of WIRE transfer to do so, I'll be using that.
But I'm not sure what to fill into the details for my HDFC bank, what should be the SWIFT code, account number and IFSC code.
I'm assuming that my local branch IFSC code will not be working there, I heard that payment will get denied if I use my local branch IFSC
If anyone has any experience in it, please share it with me

Continuiamo a chattare e a salutarci di persona visto che frequentiamo ambienti in comune, fin quando dopo una ventina di giorni, stufo dai suoi comportamenti strani, minaccio di voler chiudere tutto. Improvvisamente, seppur ribadendo ancora i suoi problemi, mi propone di uscire. Anche questa serata è andata molto bene ed insieme si vede ancora che c’è grande sintonia, però di nuovo, rimanda la terza uscita e sparisce per qualche giorno, per poi scrivermi che non si mette di impegno a far andare bene le cose e che è un periodo in cui non vuole vedere e sentire nessuno. Io rispondo brevemente che se vuole tagliare completamente i rapporti non ci sono problemi, e lei replica con “no è che non sono in grado al momento di portarlo avanti”. Stufo dalla situazione ho deciso di non risponderle più da un giorni, però visto che mi interessa e ho investito un po’ di tempo vorrei almeno concludere nel fare qualcosa.. 40h into my first actual playthrough in years and I feel a bit exhasted from all the management in this game. How do you guys go about that? Is there any way to play that alliviates this aspect or for that I must necessarily seek mods? I would firstly seek vanilla alternatives as I like achievements. I'm looking for something that can make this funnier as in less stressful, as I feel like too much management is required in order to progress, which makes it feel like it's taking forever to progress and I guess this is not quite what I want from this experience...
