- Don't use oil sprays. Healthy fats (olive, BUTTER (yes butter), tallow, etc are amazing for your health. I've lost over 40 pounds and gained 20 pounds of muscle in that time. It's great for hormones)
- Don't be scared of food. If you genuinely eat healthy I promise you you can absolutely stuff your face and still lose weight. Ever try eating 300 calories of carrots or strawberries in one sitting? Good luck.
- Prioritize Fats. Touching up on point 1. When I started tracking my macros I realized I was barely eating any fat at all (because of all the gym bro advice saying "chicken and rice bro!). Once I bumped it up my hormones got better and I got leaner. So make sure you're eating at least 60-80 grams of fat.
- Stop doing cardio. Throughout my transformation I rarely ever ran or did medium intensity cardio. Only walking or sprints. And it worked. I went from quite fluffy at 210 to having abs at 170. This is because cardio (like jogging or running) spikes your cortisol which is bad for hormones.

I’m just having such a frustrating week at work and I just need to know whether I’m reading too much into shit or what and how other women have dealt with it.
I’m just getting an increasing sense that no one listens to me and I have no idea why. It’s kind of borderline gaslighting at this point, if I find an issue with a problem I normally document it and more often than not try to find at least the beginnings of a solution. I get straight up ignored or my solution gets picked appart for not being perfect and people forget about it and move on. Weeks or months down the line the very same problem gets raised and now everyone cares, everyone wants to find a solution and ofteny initial solution, while not perfectly thought through, ends up being the answer.
I’m also getting this gut feeling that this male co-worker really is just super self serving potentially to the point of throwing people under the bus and I think he may have contributed to someone in my team getting fired.
He seems to have this attitude of shitting on any project he’s not involved, I suspect, to make himself look good in meetings. He also seems to pick the CEO pet projects to make himself look good. There have been instances where I felt like he pulled these little power trips on me like purposely giving me harsh feedback in earshot of the CEO.
Like I love my job but this environment is just not sustainable. So how did you gals deal with not being listened to at work and with coworkers being controlling?

Being someone with a weak stomach I have been researching for months on the safety profile of combining Ondansetron with the following research chemicals:
1) 4-ho-tryptamines
2) Lysergamides: LSD and AL-LAD
3) Benzofurans: 6-APB
4) Fluorinated Amphetamines: 2-fea and 3-fea
When researching the main danger seemed to be Serotonin Syndrome. I have a high school understanding of chemistry so it's not like I have a deep understanding on this. I turned to reddit to ask more experienced users. Most of the answer were positive, with just a few saying it could potentially cause SS but since psychedelics act on the 5ht2 receptor and Zofran on the 5ht3 receptor other users(as well as ChatGPT for all that counts) said there was no added risk of SS because they affect different receptors.
There were little to no reports of combining zofran with 6apb. I went on the MDMA subreddit and asked there. I got the same kind of answers. Most users saying it was safe or that they had done it successfully, and just a few advising against it because of a higher risk of SS.
So I thought I was good to go and got myself some Zofran. I reply on another post regarding Zofran and a user says this:
"Both psilocybin and Zofran/ondansetron can cause QT prolongation and combining the two could be potentially dangerous for some people. It would be best to consult a healthcare professional to weigh your individual risk before taking both drugs concurrently, hence ondansetron's prescription only status."

I never even considered the risk of qt prolongation(which I had to google btw). It was never brought up by anyone when I was going around asking/making posts about these interactions. Then (just a guess) I would bet combining something like 3fea or 2fea with Zofran would pose an ever greater danger to the heart than Psilocybin + Zofran (which the user advised me against, providing these links).
Can anyone who has a clear understanding(if there even is a consensus) on the dangers of these combinations chime in? Do you know where to point me to ask, maybe another subreddit? I have really been trying but there does not seem to be a clear answer, we are talking about Research Chemicals afterall.
