So I know repression doesn’t work. Trying to turn a blind eye to your thoughts usually makes it so they bite back harder. However, oftentimes when people are faced with tough circumstances they can’t do anything about, accepting those circumstances and going with the flow of life is usually what people advise. To be honest, I don’t think I’m emotionally ready to transition, not only because of the growing hostility from the political climate, but I also struggle with OCD (transition being one theme) and vulnerability. I’m thinking of just kinda accepting the fact I’m trans but keeping it in my daydreams indefinitely. Has anyone ever done that for their whole life? I know it’s biased asking asktransgender, but I wonder if any of you have heard of stories of people doing that and it working.

I calculated my macro with my diet and i fall with 15-20% of my calories from carbs...
I eat 33% of plants btw.
I read inuit eat like 90% of their diet from animal and get the exact same amount of calories from carbs than me... also i read most of their carbs come from animal.
So i wonder, is following the homo erectus and sapians diet, like eating 66% from animal harmfull ? I read a lot of carbs in meat is lost in the 24h the animal died...

Hello, the school asked me to attend an interview when I applied for NITEC in pastry n baking.
The attire requested was smart casual and covered shoes. I've googled smart casual and it's not quite what I expected.
For information, I am 31F and have lived outside of the system for a decade or more. I am also autistic so my largest collection of clothes are very comfy and casual. I have never been required to show up for formal interviews. I am also not a shopping person and have no real sense of common people style.
So I don't intend to break my brain about outfits and how I should mix them because I certainly am bad at it. Is there any common people store I can just show up and say "I have an interview coming and I need a smart casual outfit. Can you help me pick out?".

I don't know how to explain it, her content just comes off as, well, off. Her horse Dave is constantly irritable with her & she records it for views, from what I've been told it's recommended that you don't baby talk to horses & repeatedly make noises or tap them if they've already responded because they get irritated. She does the opposite. Now, a lot of her fans try to defend her saying that Dave is just "grumpy", oh Dave is "fine" Dave is this Dave is that, it's all I hear. The horse keeps warning her so it seems like a gentle horse at heart, but I'm trying to see this from the horses pov - having a predator constantly poking you, repeating phrases, baby talking, etc, must be SUPER irritating.. I'm shocked that the horse hasn't bitten her already. Maybe I'm overthinking & overanalyzing, but she just reminds me of your typical Chihauha tiktokers (except she's with a horse) who annoys their pets to no end till they go at them & record them for views, then act shocked when the animals completely turns on them, or doesn't even go near them. I hope I'm just overanalyzing, but I just can't see how she's funny or safe in any way. Maybe she just doesn't realize, maybe the horse has always been that way, idk, this is just from what I've seen. & the fact that people defend her & encourage her behavior bugs me more. Lesson of the day, never listen to tiktokers.

For myself, I've encountered this with comments/replies in California, where posts containing even certain single words are immediately, automatically [removed] without comment. Further, when I "Messaged the Mods", I receive no reply. Just to be clear, the words in question, where just that single word, without any other in the comment, will be removed, which includes but are not limited to: "Trump", "Biden", "ignorant", "ignorance", "deathgrip", and "asinine". Granted, some of these words aren't flattering, but they're also not exceedingly insulting nor inaccurate, depending upon the context. Keep in mind that a reply containing just the single word, "Trump" or "Biden" will be removed without explanation.
