I got approved for UI benefits starting from around 12/07/2025. Today I submitted claims successfully for Weeks ending 01/11/2025 and 01/18/2025 on the MA UI website. Out of those Week ending 01/11/2025 was posted as 'Waiting Week' and week ending 01/18/2025 is in the Pending status.
How can I submit the claims for UI benefits for weeks between 12/07/2024 and 01/04/2025? Calling their number (877) 626-6800 is not helping as I get message that 'We are unable to take your call'.
Please help, Thanks!

And I’m okay! See!
Gonna watch the replay today to figure out what went wrong, got absolutely dominated in duo lane, was 0-5-1 at end of the game, dude smoked me with mourn, I was playing phase support for my buddy. Even counter built spell shield once it was clear dude wasn’t missing roots, didn’t matter. Have a 60% win rate the last 3 months, this dude was like a buzz saw, nothing was working. Rarely do I feel I can’t do ANYTHING to get back into a game, but this was that game. It happens!
Just posting to role model a healthy response to losing for the community and for chuckles.

Hello all! I have a rather interesting post that I wanted to share just as a tid bit, please don’t use this as medical advice as everyone is different and you should always speak with a medical professional.
That being said, I have recently (as of early December 2024) been diagnosed as having BOTH Hashimoto’s & Graves Disease. I was previously diagnosed with Graves’ disease only about 3 years ago but never quite fit the symptoms, had a doctor who actually dug further and turns out I present levels for both Hashimoto’s and Graves, although as of my last blood test, Hashimoto’s was the more prominent.
And then, I caught a cold. I work in banking so it’s a common theme with me to get sick as my immune system isn’t the best, given the recent diagnosis, makes a bit more sense.
Cold came and went rather quickly which was strange as I’m usually sick for at least 2 weeks. This was 4 days and then I was fine, except for a sinus infection that lingered on and on… until right now. Since December 15th I have had this sinus infection, went back to my doctor and was told they don’t like to give antibiotics for this kind of thing and to just continue saline washes as I had been doing.
I listened, and went home.
This sinus infection, which should have been gone in about 2-3 weeks had now turned into a middle ear infection in my right ear. I go to (different) doctor, they flush my ear and tell me it’s infected.
This doctor also doesn’t believe he should give me antibiotics.
I go home thinking I should get better now, no problem…
Until the last few days, my throat randomly was very swollen and painful, and my tonsils were covered in pus, I went to my emergency department because it got so bad I felt like I could barely breathe laying down to sleep, and hadn’t been able to eat or take my thyroid medication for 3 days.
My sinus infection was still present, my ear infection had only just started to heal, and now I have a major case of bacterial tonsillitis (caused by THE SINUS INFECTION). I ALSO have a very random toenail infection from a tiny cut I had a few days ago, which had turned very very bad (toenail was squishy bad).
My emergency department doctor was beyond mortified that nobody, between TWO different doctors, who both knew my medical history including my recent diagnosis (my OG diagnosis happened because I had a UTI turn into a double kidney infection within 24 hours and was hospitalised - my immune system is very bad at its job.) still refused to think I should have antibiotics.
My emergency department doctor was terrified for me and ordered a rush on my blood test in case I was septic, which thankfully I was not.
I’ve been taking my antibiotics for 2 days now and feel much, much better, everything including my sinuses are clearing up and getting better and I’ve learnt now to advocate for a second opinion as soon as i feel I need one (or in this case 3rd opinion.)
Anyway, feeling better and on the mend now, but what a way to start 2025! 😵💫😵💫

Hi. I'm feeling frustrated. Kindergartener had an incident the other day where he and a friend were playing monsters too rough and friend ended up getting a scratch. This is frustrating and unacceptable (we do not condone any physical play), but my frustration is in the way the school handled it. They called, left a message and email and said he admitted to his teacher it was intentional. My kid is a whole lot of things, believe me, but intentional aggression is not one of his issues. He did not admit that, nor was it intentional. We already aren't fond of the teacher (she has checked out, seems annoyed with the kids, and uses tech at any opportunity to sub out teaching), but I don't really know how to handle this. We speak to him constantly about being handsy with friends (he doesn't initiate, but if a friend does, he will absolutely join in), but obviously, ADHD= impulsive control. He is a very social/well-liked kid. We are going to speak to the principal later today. She didn't need a call back, but we are doing so. He doesn't have a formal 504 yet (we are in the process of requesting one). What do you recommend we convey during that convo today? I am really worried that this incident is now a huge thing and the rumor mill churning at the school. I hate that the other kid got hurt. I also hate that the teacher has no desire to build relationships and get to know him. I'm at a loss.

Hello. I’m in the process of choosing a Boston neighborhood to move into but I work way outside the city in Franklin. My question is, how viable is the Franklin/Foxboro line for daily commuting?
My tentative plan is to move somewhere within walking distance of the back bay station and then take the commuter rail to and from Franklin everyday for work. Before I commit to a big move like this I’d love to hear some thoughts on this from people with experience using this line. Is it prone to delays, issues, etc?
I don’t think commuting by car is even an option unless I wanna pull my hair out everyday sitting in horrendous traffic and trying to find parking in the city. So I’ll have to change plans and look outside the city if the train isn’t a reliable option.
Please share any thoughts you have!

I am the type of daughter who is rarely at home because I worked and studied far away from home since I was 10 years old. Now, this is the longest time I’ve been staying at home because I am currently jobless. My dad compared me to my sister, saying that when she’s at home, she likes to cook and tidy up. I agree with him, but it still hurts to feel compared. I admit there are moments when I wake up late or don’t cook, though I do cook sometimes and have even been learning to improve.
I feel quite sad and hope to get a job far away from here soon. Am I really a bad daughter? It has only been two months since I’ve been home, and I feel guilty for not being more helpful. If anyone has experienced something like this before, how did you cope with it?

Hey all
On some Entra Joined devices, I noticed that users were assigned the "administrator" role when joining the PC to Entra
We currently have "Registering user is added as local admin..." set to None, however when we manually join a PC to Entra, the prompt indicates that the user will still be an administrator
Is there a remediation/Intune setting to remove ALL users from the local admin group except for global admin group and the LAPS account?
We currently have an OMA-URI to create and assign a LAPS admin account, I see documentation that we could now use account protection to assign the LAPS to admin status instead of a regular policy
