So I am currently on my 1st playthough of Grim Dawn, lvl 85 on ultimate and still learning about everything.
But my (soon to be) next step is starting an hardcore adventure, looking at those steam achievments I need to get for bragging rights.
I always love beam/ray/energy blast builds on aRPGs and I have been fooling around with Grim Tools but I have some questions.
- As far as I understood, in order to play a build such as this my class needs to have the arcanist mastery since its the only one who has a skill like that. Correct?
- I have seen aether ray playstyle and chaos ray playstyle but the arcanist skill only mentions aether. How do I switch the dmg type? Is it via secondary mastery? Is there more than these 2 school of dmg types for the ray?
- Which class is the safest and tankiest to play in hardcore using this ray playstyle? Ive heard the Necromancer offers a lot of defensive options, so is Spellbinder the best option? Is that an Aether dmg build or can I still play chaos ray or some other dmg type?

Hi everyone,
I'm on my way of getting a hysto due to my periods coming back after switching from injections to gel. I feel like a hysto would be the safest and in the long run the lowest maintenance way to get rid of periods for good.
My endo advised me to keep my ovaries since my t-levels have shifted a lot without any obvious cause. So i wouldn't end up with too little hormones basically.
I've yet to have a consult with a surgeon, so all my infos are from reading online. I've read some horrible things about potential complications with a vaginal cuff and since I am a fan of rather rough penetrative sex and am prone to rather bad hypertrophic scarring (I only have experience on external scars for that) that got me a bit concerned.
I read that while it's a possibility to keep your cervix, light bleeding would still be possible. I don't fully understand how that would worm anatomically though?
I'd just love to hear some experiences from you guys. Maybe somebody was in a similar position to mine.
