Buenas, soy graduada en Biomedicina (4 años) en Madrid, tengo 22 años y estoy haciendo este año un Master. Desde que estuve en la ESO quise hacer Medicina (que no es igual a Biomedicina), pero finalmente con la pandemia no me dio la nota (por decimas). Pase 4 años en Madrid, mis padres tuvieron que hacer esfuerzos para ayudarme a financiarme la carrera y vivir fuera de casa.
Después de 4 años, estoy pensando en opositar para Médico Militar (estudiar la carrera en el ejercito), y más si me pueden convalidar 2 años o casi 3. Son 6 en total. A pesar de que me pagarían desde 1º curso, me siento culpable ¿no han sido esos 4 años inútiles? ¿de verdad me veo en la vida militar?
Me gustaría saber vuestras experiencias en el ejercito español, sobre todo de sanitarios militares y la experiencia en el cuartel. ¿Creéis que el servicio de sanitario militar esta bien pagado 2024-25?

I have typically always worked out fasted but I was curious about if eating a meal will benefit me any on lifting days. Running days I couldn't run with food in my stomach.
My thoughts are, a SAD diet you would eat carbs which would be easily digested by the time you got to the gym but on carnivore, if I ate a steak before heading to the gym, would my body even use any of that for energy while I was working out?

Me and my husband would like to buy a 2-bedroom apartment in Rotterdam this year. We've got views on some apartments already, and we already know that we can afford up to 450k for the mortgage. Since we are both working in Amsterdam, and we have no cars, we need to live in a place nearby the station. We are quite confused between 2 options as below:
- An apartment, 6-7 mins walking to Rotterdam central station, around 420-450k/ 80m2, energy label B. The only downside of the apartment is the hall is significantly small and the bedroom door is parallel to the main entrance door.
- An apartment near Capelle centrum, 15 mins commute to Rotterdam centrum by metro, and 10 more mins to Rotterdam central station, around 300-350k/75m2 (the price is higher compared to the average asking price in the same region), energy label A, renovated in 2024. The only downside of the apartment is since it is located in lower floor, for the outside and balkon do not look fresh that much, a lot of concrete surroundings.. Also, we are Asian people, so if we want to go to Asian grocery stores, it takes us more time for us to go shopping. Except for that fact, everything like supermarkets, convienience stores,... is extremely close to the apartment.
