 | Hey all! I'm a month into Hal Higdon's training plan (novice 1 - using the app) for my first marathon in May and have a couple questions: How does the app determine paces? My race result that I put in was a 15K @ 10:30/mi, and for my runs it is telling me to do anywhere from 12:15 to 12:30/mi. That brings me to my second question. How do you run that slow while still maintaining proper form and trying to keep your cadence higher than 160? It just seems like I'm doing a ton of work to go slow. I did 4 miles yesterday, and even struggling on hills and needing to walk a bit, I still only ended up with an 11:44 mile as my slowest. I really want to work on my endurance, and I know that Zone 2 training/slow runs are great for that, but I'm struggling with how to make that happen. I've attached my pace and heart rate charts for my run yesterday for reference. I'm starting to get super annoyed at the GI bs. Why is nothing conclusive. I look up glycemic index and every post has a different number assigned to the same food. And it's not little differences some have a difference of 30. I'm already so fucking sick of this condition but of course everything about this condition has to be so fucking difficult. How am I meant to follow gi when everything is giving me different answers. I just wanna loose weight I just wanna make my diet better for pcos

I've been a longtime fan of this chaotic and mysterious world that is Touhou. Whether it's reading about mangas, games, or even discussions among fans about lore, something has been popping into my mind from time to time.
If you've read some character profiles, mangas, and even books, you know that Touhou has always had a dark side to its plot (something that I particularly love). And something that has always caught my attention was the outsiders. Like, people are literally sent alive to be devoured by youkais, and that's at best since the official wiki says that some youkais "play" with their victims before killing them (interpret that however you want).
That's when the question arose: "What if ZUN had the courage to create an outsider protagonist, where we see their sides of the story?"
And if you think that Subaru from Re:zero suffers... just imagine, you're a lonely person who already struggles to live every day. However, on another dull day, you simply open your eyes and find yourself in a place filled with greenery and blue skies. It seems beautiful, doesn't it? Well, that is until a 300-year-old freak comes to you and does who knows what. Hahaha, that's what you call the famous "villain's past".
Please, no discussion about "this character is stronger because"; we know that in Touhou, that's the same as nothing. I want to know your opinion on this, after all...the outsiders could be any of us, right?
