Just finished the manuscript for book 2, and, BOY, was it a ride! First draft, got to chapter 13, then after a very (very) patient 2 hour conversation (patient on his end, bless him) with my husband, he emphasized how quickly everything was moving in the book.
Fast forward two months and one giant sledgehammer later, the original chapter 6 became now chapter 15, and the original chapter 13 became the end of the book.
And everything I filled the book out with? Character development, discussions, world building, events, suuuuuch better paaaaacing. Gggrrraaggghh! shrieks at the sky
Some of my absolute favorite chapters blossomed from this complete sledgehammer-ing of my first draft and I couldn’t be more pleased.
Character consistency/progression was a bear to keep in line as I expanded earlier content, tho.
This happen to anyone else? 😅 I’d love to hear anecdotes, if so!

Last week there was significant progress with my SP and I was beyond thrilled that we were moving forward. Until an argument happened & he brought up the past & ran. And now hasn’t even read a message I sent 2 days ago, which is unlike him to at least read it.
I’m still listening to my affirmation & when I get the negative thoughts, I’m reminding myself that we’re okay, that he’s just busy & he will read it & respond. But then I still have the feeling & the doubts- more so than before. Why are the doubts stronger? I’m also trying not to focus on it too much & manifesting more self concept stuff, but it’s taking over all my thoughts & I hate it. It’s like the more I try to detach, the more I can’t stop thinking about it.
Please help.

I'n going to her show in KY in April and it will be my first concert ever! Me (16) and my mom (57) are going, and I wanna ask anyone who's been to her concets before- are they republican-mother appropriate?? Like I've showed her Remi's music obviously and she likes it, but does/has she said/done anything in her shows in the past that would be awkward to see with my mom (if that makes any sense)? I'm super duper excited though!!

Hello, all,
Currently in a living situation with limited vehicles shared amongst a group of people for the next 9 months, so am looking to get a car for Uber $3k to use for the time being. Leaning toward a minivan to be about to go with groups of people, as well as good check capacity for Costco runs with groups.
Seems that everyone hates on the transmissions of about every minivan I've looked up, other than the Toyota Sienna. Plenty of them in the area for my price range, but I'm having trouble with seller communication, so am hoping for other options.
Are there any other minivans from the 2000s that are not notorious for engine and transmission issues?

I notice all quit smoking apps show the same effects like, blood pressure goes down, smel and taste gets better but never really things i want to see and feel so i might keep the not smoking up for a change. Just like they all say you can not keep it up with just willpower, i suddenly felt like that is marketing to let you buy the app, but all in all you have to do it on your own and get through the cravings. Sometimes with support but during a craving apps and all donnot helpt, only thing that helps it trying to fight it and keep waiting until the store is closed so i can not buy them anymore for the night.
Anyhow, visible signs after 5 days no smoke: - my back hump seems to dissappear - my fingers and legs are thinner ( i hold less water in my body) - my hands feel softer and have less wrinkles - my lips turn from blue to red and look more plump, also the lines above look less deep - the white in my eyes seems whiter - my face skin gets more color and feels softer( although after nights of no sleep it is not perfect yet) - my teeth feel softer and it looks like my mounth or tongue is less swollen🤔 - my voice sounds better, i lost it all the time and had to cough a lot) -my hair is softer and starts to shine. - my nose opens up, breathing is so much more easy. - nails get more white - teeth are a bit more white( cleaned them with baking soda)
Which visable effects do you see that are never written in apps but fun to know so we all can see the difference? They say we must get to look 10 years younger after 2 months or so, is that true?
Also the trouble i have after quitting: - a lot of irritation in my mind, i hate everyone and everything - restless legs, but also a weird feeling in my jaw and arm. I have to move and can't sleep due these symptoms - tired - no sleep - no bowel movement, means big belly - no concentration - wild emotions from happy to crying to being pissed off and so on

Ive started accutane 20mg 6 days ago. Im a 18 year old guy and even though I do have worse than average acne, im not that insecure about it. Since i am deep into health and value that over my appearance, I was wondering if Accutane is actually a good decision for me, considering I had severe back pain just a few days ago, which really Alarme me that isotretinoin might permanently fuck with my liver and other things permanently related to My health.
