Hi everyone! I wanted to post on here because I did a couple weeks ago and I am happy to report that I had my insertion this afternoon and all went well! The process as a whole was no more than 7 minutes, I had no numbing (though I definitely would've opted for it if my gyno offered it), and overall I had no complaints. The worst part was honestly the sound of the speculum being cranked (it was painless, just a weird sound) and the pinch of the device on your uterus (forgive me I don't know what it's called). Overall I would say the whole process was honestly completely normal. I am now feeling a little better. I am experiencing a decent amount of cramping (which is normal) that makes it kind of hard to walk but Tylenol has been helping. I have also started spotting a little but I think a panty liner should do the trick. If anyone has any tips on how to manage the recovery part of it I would love to hear your suggestions!! Best of luck everyone :)

 | My wife found a small, blind dog today around 12pm on NW 23rd street headed toward 8th Avenue. The dog has no eyes. She took her to the vet but she didn't have a chip. Is it normal that I cannot cancel therapy sessions unless I have a serious health issue?
I cancel a session once 48 hours before because I was sick. Also mentioning a week before about wedding plans and I got billed for those sessions.

I’ve only recently got into reading, I read ‘The Housemaid’ and I really enjoyed it, I also read ‘The Housemaid is Watching’, but I didn’t like it so much. I’ve read ‘Verity’ and I liked it, but I don’t like any other Colleen Hoover books. If anyone has good suggestions for books with big plot twists and no smut, it would be greatly appreciated!!

Hi everyone. I posted yesterday about needing a loan of 100$ and I would pay back 150 to whoever could help me. I got scammed by calm Author maybe my own fault for paying the 5$ he asked for should have been red flags but I was desperate and he was sympathetic 😞 My dad is sick he doesn't have alot of time which means neither do I. We haven't spoken in 15 years and I just wanted to be able to get to him and make peace before he leaves this world. My hometown is a few hours away and I don't have the extra funds for gas and food to make the trip. I have been thinking of everything I can to just get some money together because I don't like nor am I use to asking for anything. I would've liked to turn on my phone service as well because I'll be going to the mountains but I decided that's not the most important thing....me getting there is. Any help is very much appreciated 🙏 Thank you.
